Low sound

Compared to my Bose Q15 and Dre X headphones, these sound horrible and cost a lot more. To top it off there is a limiter on the volume and you can't get the thump I'd expect from Sennheiser. I tried to return these to Best Buy but since I've had them for 22 days they are refusing to return them. Horrible customer service considering the fact that my wife purchased these as a gift a couple weeks before giving them to me since they were in stock and that counted towards the return date deadline. How is anyone suppose to purchase anything for anyone as a gift if you are only going to give them 14 days to return the item. Best Buy just lost a customer who has spent a lot of money with them over the years. I'll stick with Brandsmart and Amazon Prime, good bye Best Buy.

not as great as I wanted

These were heavier on the ear and after a few hours ANY (online, Netflix, private) video would lag and skip - would have to turn off & turn on the headphones. Took them back and bought Bose.
