I don't have surround sound built into my home. This headset sounds far better than the sound bar I was using. I'm very happy with the sound quality.

Love the bass and Sound. The battery has been good so far, it hasn't died on me after max 4 or 5 hours of use before putting it back on the charger to rest. Not the absolute best of the best, but great for the price. Definitely read description and features because this is not a Bluetooth device.

I needed headphones to watch movies on tv and not bother family members with high volumes that I used to get full benefit out of my movie watching experiences. Well I got two for one. I got the volume that I wanted plus these wireless phones are equal to any of my high end wired Hifi phones I owned back in the day. I would recommend to anyone.

The sound with these headphones are pretty good. I bought it so my sound system would not bother my roommates. Set up was very easy with my Roku TV. I deducted a point for purely personal reasons. I have found the headphones to be comfortable for my ears, but they are heavy and the top piece causes some pain on the top of my head. The stand is very large and takes up more space than I would prefer. Overall, I am happy to recommend these headphones.

bought as a gift to replace a Sony wireless headphone that could not link to the tv as the tv would not support them.
went with this RF version from Sennheiser which did connect thru a RF transmitter ,
the sound quality is excellent and the adjustability of volume and tone is great
Overall would have rated them excellent if they were a bit more compact and less bulky
However recipient hears parts in movies that were prior, impossible to detect without and is very pleased with headphones .

These headphones are much better than the Sony ones I was using before. These are more comfortable than the Sony they fit snug and the sound quality is very good. The only bad feature is the instructions on how to set it up.

I purchased these so I could listen to TV when wife goes to bed. They have a fair distance and good sound quality. Comfortable and long lasting battery. Then there is the communications issue. Puzzles me that in an age of WiFi, that a manufacturer would use the same band as your Wifi router which makes these useless when router is on. The signal from the head phones drops out unless I turn WiFi off. (Broadcasts on 4ghz) To many wireless products use the 4 band to not have it on. They need to update their product to current times.

When initially installed, it seemed to work great. However, once the Geek Squad had to return and raise the TV, the headphones became unattached. We called to have them reattached and are still waiting. IN the meantime, my husband is not able to use the headphones at all. Please help, we are not adept at technical things and the headphones are still not working. When they were working we could rate them pretty good, but haven't worked since the Geek Squad raised the TV

Very good quality and sound. I originally purchased Sony headsets and return them. I am so glad I picked this set up. A bit pricey but worth the money.

These are really great headphones with amazing sound and bass. Set up was easy and worked exactly as needed. I have them set up to my tv and computer at the same time and can switch between them with a switch on the backside of the unit. These really are noise canceling (which is what I wanted) but just beware of that because you won't hear your phone or someone trying to get your attention.

These compliment my Samsung TV and
Yamaha sound system perfectly.

I decided for the RS-175 knowing the RS-195 is a newer model but I just could justify paying $100 more to accomplish the same results, unless in a couple of years they or other company comes out with a stunning headphones that would be worth paying more money, like Bluetooth and better noise cancelling.

Very pleased with the purchase of the headphones. Very easy setup. Good audio quality, I like the bass, surround and sound level controls on the headset. I like the rechargeable batteries and mounting station. Can use the headphones while my spouse can use the standard TV volume control. Great purchase. Highly recommend.

Good sound. Little heavy on the ears after medium time use.

I got the wireless headphones because I am very hard of hearing. I was able to hook them up via the optical cable. I have a newer TV so I was able to use the internal speakers and the optical at the same time, without that option I could only use one or the other.
The headphones themselves are to die for. the base and clarity are out of this world. I can hear the TV at the volume I need and not blow everyone else out of the room.
