Bought for my fiance, who has to blast the tv. We both love that we can watch tv together now at our own comfortable volumes. His only complaint is that the ear buds hurt. Even the smallest set is still uncomfortable.

Ordered from Best Buy and delivered exactly when they said it would
Did have trouble getting it to work even after following exact instructions. My son called the company and they told him to plug into my cable box and then they worked. No where in the directions do they give you that option
But now we know.
