Ear pieces slide off my head. There is not any mechanism to hold them in place.

Have had these headphones for one month, and they are already not working. Can't return cause they quit working past the returnable time, so now im stuck with them. I am hard if hearing so i needed these headphones to hear the TV.

Good wireless headphones. Would recommend to all.

I like this headphones but one side already cracked while adjusting them to fit my head.

The sound on these earphones kept dropping out and sometimes the sound dropped completely. I have tried to reach the manufacturer and it has been hopeless. I keep getting the same websites that lead nowhere. I do not want to buy another product from Sennheiser because it could be the same.

Had to return it. Base would not charge. We had other unit and it charged on that one.

What I expected. A quality product that filled my needs.

Got beginning of December and now it is march 1 and they do not work . what a waste of money ...

Great headphones and here is why I loved them. If you twist one of the ears you will find 2AA batteries inside. So when I'd run out of juice, I'd grab 2 recharged energizers and replace them. No waiting! The bad news is my new TV is a Samsung and there is no RCA connection so I had to get different headphones. And I run out of power. And I have to wait to charge them. And I hate it!!! I bought a couple of converters to attempt a bypass but neither worked. If you have an RCA connection on your set, you will love these. You can even buy new cushions for them rather than toss them out when the time comes. Really you can't go wrong with these.

Just didn't work with our old TV. Neither did another brand.

Bought this for my Dad who's hard of hearing. He really appreciates the volume dial which makes increasing/decreasing the sound easier rather than searching for the right button to press. Makes a huge difference for him.

I have the headphones connected to the phone output of my ONKYO receiver instead of the TV. I had to purchase a 6.35mm 1/4 inch Male TRS to 2 RCA Female Splitter Stereo Audio Adapter Cable to do so, but it works well. I get too much static, indeed, and it bothers me. Any advice on getting rid of the static is appreciated.

Former Sennheiser 120 was RF (radio frequency) I could walk though 1500 Sq ft home & receive clear, full stereo reception. This model is Bluetooth. Signal quits less than 25 Ft away from transmitter. BT is great For My Phone. My phone is with me & headphones / ear buds. BT not great for the 120. RF signal travels through walls. BT doesn't.

I really like the tv headset and I can hear really well thru it.

So glad I got this head set. Works wonderfully well.
