Love love the non stick surface...made pancakes for the first time in the skillet....no sticking and very even cooking. Easy to clean up...this skillet replaced a 30 year old skillet..I researched many different types and brands and settled in this one.

Love the way this looks. I have not used it yet but looking forward to it. I travel alot and those frying pans the hotel gives you to cook in are way too small! Hoping to bring this on next trip.

it takes a while to heat up. but when it does it gets hot quick.
