The device works fine and up to my expectations however the manufacturer claims it can handle ten sheets at a time and I found that not to be accurate unless they were testing with bath tissue. But it does the job and I might say a real fine job of shredding.

Works well, fairly quiet. Design is different in that shred unit lifts out of bucket instead of removable bin but it is nicer than I expected.

Cuts like a champ, not strips but cross cut into tiny confetti. ripped through credit cards no problem. nice side windows to see how full it is getting. Definitely worth it.

A great shedder especially for the sale price! It eats envelopes filled with junk mail in it's entirety and doest skip a beat!! I highly recommend it!!

This shredder does everything that I need. I'm not sure why anyone would spend more money on a different shredder.

Does what it claims to do. I really like the micro cut.. pieces are so small and is quiet compared to other shredders.

Great for securely destroying sensitive documents. It has good power and does not jam up.

Shredder has been in use daily, since buying it, and it and I would recommend It for the quality and price!

Works fine if NOT overloaded. keep it down to 7 or fewer pages. Had to clean out the cutting blades a few times with built up paper. Unit stops working when container contents gets about 3/4 full. I've had better shredders for less money.

Not worth it when paper gets stuck easily even when just trying to shred one piece of paper at the time. You constantly have to get the paper unstock and one piece of sheet at a time is really time consuming and not worth it.

Used first time and worked fine. It’s for the home and did’t get another chance to use it for a few weeks later. It wouldn’t start. No power at all. Disconnected the plug and switched sockets. No power. Played with the switch and no success. Called Best Buy since I only had it for 2 weeks thinking that they would replace it. What was I thinking!! They said I had to ship the shedder back to the company in California. I live in Massachusetts at my own cost. I learned a lesson. Had I purchased the item at Walmart I would not have had any problems with the return. Never going back to Best Buy
