Not very convenient reliable

I also wanted a shredder that would do big loads as I have more than 10-year old files of documents, statements, receipts, etc. The product info says it shreds 10 sheets, but it barely shreds 5-6 pages with difficulty. The opening is extremely narrow, and the shredding takes forever to get going. I bought this so that I could shred the hundreds of papers I have with ease, but it is slow and tedious. My old shredder is much better and faster, but again, I want a micro-cut. Sadly, I will be returning this and looking elsewhere for another shredder.
