This shredder is a tiger. I can shred with confidence without concerns of burning up the motor as others I have owned. Love the casters and the huge easy to empty bin.

Good so far, have used a few times since purchasing and no major issues so far. Time will tell as to whether or not the substantial $ spent on the item will be worth it. I've purchased inexpensive shredders in the past and they turned out to be junk and had to be thrown away within months after purchase. That was a total waste of money.

works well with 2/3 sheets --little slower with 5/6 sheets --used it for a half a hour before it shut down, Waited 10 mins and it was good to good

This is a great shredder, a little loud but it is fine.

I needed a paper shredder and this one suited my needs!

Disappointed shedding is not smaller, did order the micro cut but not small enough.

Does not work on junk mail; still have to open it to shred it! It does not shred 12 sheets and slows down majorly on anything over 5. Then the bin is warped so that the shredded items go outside the sides and land in the bottom so that every time I empty the bin the shred goes all over the place and, of course, the dog has to run through it so it ends up all over the house! Buy a good brand like Fellows!!

My reason for getting this model was because it shreds CD/DVDs. There is an extra slot which works automatically when you insert a disc to shred. Actually it slices a disc into four 1" wide strips. It works fine. Once I accidentally put a disc through the paper shredder slot. It worked, but I wouldn't do it again. As for paper, I find that 5 sheets is about right. More than, that the motor slows down a lot. The Microcut is amazing. The waste basket is very, very easy to to remove and re-install.

Have had this shredder for a few years and it has worked like a champ! Only ever had issues shredding metal credit cards (but I understand). Had processed thousands of papers and I am happy with the product.
