Shred fast as advertised. It has not over heated. It was very easy to set up.

Love this shredder. Shreds effortlessly, with no jams. Like the handle and the red tab features. Also like that the cord attaches at the top of the machine, instead of at the bottom, like the other shredders I've had in the past. Good buy for the money.

Best I could get for the value...at this price your normally not getting one that can do credit cards but this one can and they’re trying to be innovative I guess cause I flip the side switches and can compress all the build up

Nice paper shredder for your home office needs, but struggles with 12 sheets.

Shreds great. Gets bogged down with 12 pieces paper at once or thick mail.

We previously purchased a different brand. It kept overheating after about 15 minutes of use and had to cool down over 30 minutes to resume. Have used this one for longer times and so far no overheating. Better value for only a few dollars more. Excellent choice.

I made this purchase for my mother because she has a great deal of old papers laying around but the time it took to eliminate the pile was very quick and save my hands.
