    I wish that slot was more funnel shaped so you could insert wrinkled paper easier. Also the mfg made claims about registering it and getting 6 free lubrication sheets, I was unable to do that.

    This shredder will cut a credit card but I wouldn't put more than 5 pieces of paper in it at once. It will over heat quickly and shut down.

    MY OLD SHREDDER BROKE, SO THIS WAS THE REPLACEMENT, IT DOES DO IT'S JOB. I WISH THE OPENING WHICH FEEDS THE PAPER INTO THE SHREDDER WAS WIDER. BUT I SUPPOSE THIS IS A SAFETY FEATURE.
