Great and intriging story will hook you in the first episode. The art style is wonderful it has age well for its age. The best thing about this show no matter how many times you watch this show you will always have a different theory about its conclusion.

This is a really cool anime. 10/10, my roommate named his dog lain after this anime, so there’s that.

This is a anime that I would not recommend you'll fall asleep watching from the beginning to the middle and become completely confused at the end I have to watch it the whole thing twice just to understand it just a little bit not worth it.

Lain is a shy teenage girl with little interest in computers. One day,she receives an email from a girl from her school that recently passed away, and things change quickly for Lain as she learns more about computers and herself.

It's hard to truly explain, and it kind of makes me sad to watch it, but it has become a guilty pleasure.
