this a one of the only chairs that didn't lower on me so far I am 300+ and all the other chairs would lower them selfs so at my age and 6'5 it was hard to get out of them.

I am big and this chairs fits me as promised. Very comfortable.

Great Chair, supports my weight (290lbs) and tallness (6'1). Wish Bestbuy can add a Product Replacement Plan on It. Oh Well, it is what it is. The reclining is tricky at first though, there is lock in the height adjustment but yeah.

Kept sending the wrong chair the actual chair that they did send was good, but I did not get this brown cognac chair that I had purchased a different one was delivered to me.

My boss bought one of these for my work office, I liked it so much I bought one for my home office. Nice wide seat, sturdy construction and comfortable recline all made for a good choice for a big guy.

Horrible chair buyer beware!!! Showed up damaged!! Cheaply made if you want a nice quality chair and his is not it go at a higher price point get something better!!! Didn’t last a month!

Chair is 9months old and the cylinder keeps bleeding down. Tried to contact Serta but have not had any return calls.

Chair was much bigger then I thought it would be. Lol only real complaint is the cushions are not very firm

Nice chair. Has plenty of cushion for asked ng price. Screws were a bit of a pain to put in place by yourself, but a nice chair overall.

One if the screw holes is milled wrong. Will not accept any bolt, even the extras. Waste of time. Returning to store. Buying another brand.

Better than any gaming chair out there! I will say I’m 5 ‘11” and my feet barely touch the floor. Don’t hesitate to buy.

Couldn't be happier with my first computer chair. Will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for one.
