good overall chair tok a while for them to ship it otherwise a good chair

Very comfortable chair.. especially for the price. Read the directions through before starting assembly and take your time... and you'll have no problem putting it together.

Comfortable and easy to assemble by myself. With hundreds of "rear hours" on it, there's no fade or spots. One arm requires re-tightening of the bolts every couple weeks, so don't lose the included tool unless you have a hex key set.

I had higher expectations because of the brand reputation. While the chair is comfortable it doesn't stay at the height that I set ut too. It is disruptive to have to keep adjusting it throughout my day. I would nit recommend purchasing.

Comfortable but, after long periods of time it became very uncomfortable. We returned this sadly!

Ive only used one other boom arm and it was from amazon not a suprise it wasnt good but this one was very quality and came with velcro for cable management

this chair is very nice. it is extremely comfortable. the only thing that i do want to point out is that it is completely apart when you receive it. it is real easy to put it together though.

Work from home for extended period means I was in need of a more comfortable chair. Since I was paying out of pocket I needed something that was not too expensive still comfortable. This chair has served me well so far.

Comfy and cat- resistant, too. Good balance, and only complaint I got is that the screw toppers come off rather easily.

Really glad I ordered this chair, like the cover on it, it is comfy to sit in at the computer desk. A bit hard to get up out of it, it skates away from me so to speak. I am careful with it, usually back it against my desk to get out of it. It does roll around easily.

I would have given this a five star rating, but when putting it together there were a couple of bolt holes that were very difficult to screw the bolts into. Other than that, it's a great chair.
