I've had this chair for a couple months now and it was a good choice. Nice looking and comfortable. Expensive but worth it.

Just as advertised and got here in 4 days! Can't ask for better.

I use this at work and it is very comfortable with good padding on the seat.

Great chair, but hard to contact for service. No more Serta for me. Here is something you all should know. Serta does not make chairs, they have a 3rd party making Serta chairs, which is why they are not easy to reach.

Replaced my old chair, this one is so much better. My back doesn't hurt anymore after sitting in it all day.

I like the Serta Leather Executive Chair, it's beautiful looking soft leather chair with several gadgets.

This is a very comfortable chair and seems to be holding up well. Would definitely buy again.

not happy with it - Bad Back , I have been using a chair to watch TV , for the last 10 years - this was an update to my old one . I can not sit in this chair for more than 15 min : It does not really recline , it only tilts back - back is to slanted - I need to sit straight up ... I need to return and exchange this chair

Not the greatest chair. I thought I was getting something else when I purchased it online. Very stiff. front of the seat sticks up and the top part kind of sticks out into your back. At least it does to me.

Serta office chair is a really nice chair - wasn't sure if I wanted to pay this much for a chair, but well worth it.

Sad to say I was replacing a previous chair of the same I've had for about 4 years. The previous chair started to tilt to the one side and didn't sit up as high as it used to. One time also during the course of 4 years they replaced the gas lift as that too failed. But this last problem with the chair permanently sitting at a tilt, was a FIRST, so we opted to get another chair of the same, since outside of those 2 issues it had been a comfortable chair and seemed well constructed other than that. Now 4 years later and just putting together a replacement chair of the same, it is obvious the quality is more subpar. The weight of the chair itself feels lighter than before, I pushed both the old chair and the new one, side by side and there was a noticeable difference, even in lifting up each of the chairs as far as weight. However the two other factors concern the bonded leather which is definitely MUCH thinner than my previous chair, and like what you see on the more cheaply constructed chairs for like $59-$100. Also the padding for the back part of chair and the very top is horrible, like they forgot to stuff and fill it in more. I'd forgotten this chair came with a 10 year limited warranty. Had I known the chair was going to be more cheaply constructed this time around I'd have opted to have them just replace the seat plate mechanism that appears to be the reason the previous chair began to tilt to the one side. I only realize that now because upon turning the old chair over today, you could plainly see that is what happened. A part of it had broken. However the weight limit of the person sitting on the chair did not exceed the amount stated for the number of hours per week. So I am quite disappointed in the Sealy brand based on the quality of this chair. Don't think I would be able to recommend it this time around. Especially given the price tag.

Was very stiff and the seat pushed sort of upwards and outwards. Just wasn’t very comfortable to me overall.

This chair I bought largely because of the reviews I read. I was never so glad that I decided to listen to them. This is the most comfortable chair that I have ever sat in , in my entire life. Great support for the back and head. Adjustable. Swivels 360. A lot to put together, many parts but the instructions were very clear. This chair is a life changer!!

It took quite some time to put the chair together. There were no instructions OR MANUAL!!! Totally gave up and had a neighbor come over and he put it together (he told me that men don't use instructions...LOL...But it took him awhile to figure it out) Does anyone know how to get a manual for this chair???

Chair did not have a more than an inch of height adjustment. Called Serta who directed me back to Best Buy. I ended up returning this product.
