We ordered the couch over a month and a half ago. Originally received the couch in a timely manner, and we were so happy! Unboxed the two sections of the sofa to discover we had been sent two different colors (the loveseat portion and the chaise section didn't match!!) We absolutely loved the sofa itself, it was very roomy and comfy, especially for the on sale price. We asked for an exchange now continually been met with backorders and delays in getting a new couch. In trying to find an actual date for when we would receive the couch (Best Buy sells the sofas without actually having any in stock), we have been given the run around and have been waiting for weeks. The sofa was great, but look for it anywhere else rather than having to deal with Best Buy!!
