Doesn't work quite right

Fairly lightweight and not too hard to put together but must be put together. Uses velcro but it was not included. Perfect size for me in a small apartment but still a couch. Cushions did not inflate properly, are awkward to sit on and after a few days you start to hurt from it. It did not inflate the same on each cushion so it looks kind of funny. Unable to find the directions to contact the correct support. Best Buy support does not have it. To representatives did not understand what I was asking for. I think they had difficulty understanding English well. If it worked correctly it would be a good value. Unfortunately it just did not for me.

The couch was all in one box and you have to build it. Building did not take long and it was easy. However, the couch is not comfortable for sitting. There is a thin fabric on the back that cushions rest against. This couch might not last long with an active family or household.

I thought it would be small but this is the most comfortable would recommend. The directions could be a little more clear but other then that it's perfect.
