The detective agency of Shakespeare and Hathaway returns for another year of crime (usually involving a murder) in Stratford upon Avon. The tradition of stealing episode titles from Shakespeare’s works continues, too. Each mystery’s script is interesting. The cooperation of Lou and Frank continues deepening as the personalities also continue their gentle sniping at each other. (Not to mention some very ungentle sniping between Frank and the local Detective Sargent.) Some mysteries are more complex than others, however. The episode revolving around twin axes of stealing test questions and Sebastian getting a chance to play Hamlet in a Royal Shakespeare Company production is one of the series’ best. All in all, this series continues being a very interesting comedy-murder mystery.

Love this show, saw trailer and was already hooked. It's got humor, yet they investigate all kinds of cases. All three main characters are wonderful and chemistry among them is perfect. Sebastian is a hoot, charming and handsome. Hathway is a big teddy bear, sweet but tough and Lu has a great personality, charm and wit.

Another excellent season of this charming and funny series perfect for lovers of cozy mysteries. Wonderful characters and setting, fun mysteries.
