My personal favorite is the third. This one returns to the traditional metroidvania gameplay style for the most part. It's not quite as good as the previous two entries in my opinion, but it's still a fantastic game.

Old School style Action Platformer

Final game if the series

This is by far the best. The bosses are very good and can be challenging but that is like the same in all the Shantae games. It’s has a very awesome soundtrack and the gameplay is well done. I recommend the complete series for your PS5. The Gameboy Shantae that started it all is coming to ps5 in the near future.
