I purchased this for my mother and I was not sure if it would work well since it takes no chemicals or soaps. But she loves this steamer and no longer uses a mop and bucket.on the tile floor. She puts the dial on medium and it cleans the floor without leaving any streaks or residue. Just make sure you use distilled water in the mop.

I bought this steam mop to use in my new apartment (which is all hardwood). It's easy to set up, use, and store. It seems to go through water quicker than what I had anticipated but that doesn't bother me. I love how it comes with multiple, washable pads. The blast scrubber is very efficient at getting those tough stains out. Would highly recommend to everyone

My wife purchased this about 2 months ago to clean our tile floors.. Overall it does a really good job.. She has used it quite a few times now and I tried it as well. The tile floor has never been really dirty so I am not going to give it a 5 star at this point.. She likes the 3 different settings though for when she wants to work on a area that needs a little more steam.. Cleans up easy and also easy to use..

Easy to use. Lightweight. Not for big kitchens or the need to refill water dispenser will be necessary. Doesn't require alot of time to warm up. Nice having 3 settings of steam. I've been using high so not alot of scrubbing is needing if spills are present.

I purchased this mop and took it home. Tried it and it was great., a lot of steam and has 3 different settings. the scrub one does the job on stuck on dirt.

Bought this shark for my wife. She loves using her shark blast & scrub pocket mop. You will notice the difference how the hardwood floor looks when you use a steam mop compared to a regular mop. Easy to use and easy to clean too. You might just have to keep on refilling the water reservoir more often especially if your setting is on high. Good purchase! Highly recomended especially if you a toddler who loves to crawl.

We just purchase an older house and have white tile flooring through most of the house. the shark cleans the flooring easily and leaves the tile sparkling.

I like Shark products. They're less expensive and functioned as well as, or even better than Dyson. This mop is very easy to set up and use. It cleans the hardwood floor very clean. The design is very convenient. I like it so much.

This is the first Shark mop that I've bought and it's great, so easy to use and I like how you can control the steam settings on this model. Came with three pads and one scrubber pad. There's nothing it can't get up.

I love this Mop! It's easy to use and does a great job cleaning! I have three german shepherds and they are constantly making my kitchen and other rooms dirty. It works great on hard floors and tile.

Bought it as a gift and they loved it. Loved the simplicity to use, set up, and put away. Steaming power is more than enough to get the job done. So far it does a great job on tile and hardwood floors.
