My wife has had her eye on various LED therapy face masks for a while, but never pulled the trigger on one. So I was excited to be able to get the Shark CryoGlow to try out. We weren’t able to start right away due to skin breakage, but after a couple of weeks we’re definitely noticing results The CryoGlow mask is a full size mask that’s made to cover your entire face. The straps are easy to adjust and it fits on the face well. I wouldn’t necessarily call the mask lightweight, but it’s not heavy either. My wife has some neck issues and the weight did give her some discomfort while using it, but not a lot and this probably won’t be an issue for most people. The proper adjustment will have the mask centered on your face with the ‘chill pads’ making good contact with your under eye area. There are optional clip-on pads included that can snap on top of the ones built into the mask if they are not making good contact, but we found we didn’t have to use those. The overall construction of the mask feels really nice. It’s plastic throughout, but it’s got a soft touch to it especially on the points that make contact with your face. The adjustment straps are soft and easy to use. There is about a 3ft length of cord running from the bottom of the mask to the remote, which also houses the rechargeable battery. The remote is comfortable to hold and the 3-button design is intuitive to use and makes it easy to navigate around all the various options on the screen. There is also a clip on the back of it as well if you don’t want to hold it. The mask has red, blue, and infrared LED’s built into it that all focus on different types of treatments and penetrate to different layers of the skin. We have been using the Skin Clearing treatment, which cycles through all 3 of those. The Skin Clearing treatment is 8 minutes and the remote walks you through the whole process and even tracks your progress. The chill pads have 3 levels of coldness and we used it at the highest setting. The manual says it uses something called the Peltier Effect to draw heat away from the mask to make the chill pad side feel cold and at the highest setting it is VERY cold, but this can be stepped down as needed according to your comfort. We’re only a couple of weeks in, but the results we’re seeing so far are really good. It’s helped a lot with the puffiness on my wife’s face and in addition to her skin being clearer, here skin products are absorbing a lot better as well. It’s easy to maintain as well and just requires a quick wipedown after each use. The battery lasts around 3 treatments and there’s a USB charger included in the box that connects to the remote. If you’re interested in an LED therapy mask I would recommend checking this one out. We’ve always had good luck with Shark products in general and I don’t think this one is any different.

Have had it for a little over a week now and although i cant say I see a difference on my self I have already recieved compliments at work on my face looking brighter, could be a placebo effect lol but so far I love this!

First, I have a great commitment towards taking care of myself, including my general health, diet, and skincare. While I use various skincare products to stimulate my collagen production and protect my skin from external factors, I have always been interested in LED therapy face masks and finally got my hands on one. Upon unboxing the Shark CryoGlow, I can confidently say that this product is premium, and the mask design is well thought out, lightweight, and doesn't apply pressure to my head, especially after adjusting the head strap. Using it is straightforward. The first recommendation is to fully charge the controller, as a single charge can last for 4 days with 6-10 minutes of daily use. The control is high quality and features a clear LCD providing easy-to-read instructions along with physical buttons that are easy to use for navigating through settings and routines and tracking progress. There are four treatment routines: 1) Better Again (6 mins) 2) Skin Clearing (8 mins) 3) Sustain Skin (4 mins) 4) Under-Eye Revive (5-15) Each of the four routines offers skincare benefits, ranging from acne reduction, soothing fine lines, cleaning, and tightening under-eye wrinkles. I set myself to use a single routine combined with the Under-Eye Revive treatment to help reduce eye puffiness. After using the mask almost daily (6-10 mins) for 4 weeks now. I have, and even my family members have, noticed a significant improvement in my skin, especially in reducing under-eye wrinkles. My face skin is more radiant, firmer, and visibly clearer and brighter. The whole idea is to stimulate collagen production, which is crucial at my age. The chill pad for under-eye lines is great; it cools down the area instantly, and the cooling level can be adjusted using the controller. To sum up my review. Each one of the routines has noticeably improved my face skin after using this mask for 4 weeks. • Better Aging: Soothed my fine lines and made my skin feel more even. • Skin Clearing: Made my skin clearer • Skin Sustain: Enhanced my skin's glow and texture • Under-Eye Revive: Cooled and firmed my under-eye area and reduced puffiness that I have after using one of the other 3 routines. The safety feature that stands out on this mask is eye protection. The LEDs don’t emit light unless the mask is on and properly placed on the face and the mask pad is touching the forehead, which is good for protecting my eyes from LED direct exposure. Overall, the mask is useful and provides benefits for face skin. I’m happy with this mask as it does what it claims!

Review of Shark - CryoGlow Under- Eye Cooling + LED Anti-Aging & Skin Clearing Face Mask - Blue Frost This review is written from my wife’s experience of using it four weeks. Pros: After using Shark CryoGlow mask for 4 weeks, these are the findings. First of all, overall face complexion improved a lot! I’ve start noticing changes after 5-6 days of use. I have very dry skin to begin with and this makes my skin dull and tired looking plus weekly exfoliating routine was a must. After 4 weeks use of the mask, my skin is very smooth and firm. My face is even toned and almost glowing! I skipped exfoliating for a full month but my skin feels like I just stepped out of a salon. I’ve noticed on the week 4 that melasma(brown spots) on my face is somewhat less noticeable than before! Cons: First of all, mask is very heavy. It sits on my cheek bone and doesn’t fit around my eyes well-even with clip-on chill pads. Because of this reason, dark circles under the eyes didn’t get good results. I didn’t see much difference. Wrinkles and fine lines didn’t improve noticeably. The manual said 8 weeks but I only used for 4 weeks. Maybe another 4 weeks of using the mask will improve the lines. Mask is very noisy. The sound of built-in fan(?) is very loud when the mask is on your face. I wish I can relax while using the mask but one can’t relax with fan running right at your ears. Remote control is not very user friendly. To power on/off, one has to push the knob for 4+ seconds. To choose the routine, you have to turn the knob to choose one routine. After turning the knob clockwise to view the fourth routine, you have to turn the knob counterclockwise to go back to the first routine. I find this little annoying. Battery is short live. I have to charge the mask after about 20min of using it. Now, what would be nice to have: 1. Have the remote control removable for the mask. 2. Larger screen 3. The scrolling dial only directional from first menu to the last one, can’t continue from the last one to first one in the continuous scroll, instead has to rotate back. 4. Removable battery for replacement. 5. Able to use the face mask while charing, It would have been a perfect accessory, but the weight of short lasting of battery life and user experience with the remote control and noise leave little short to perfect. But from the result seen, it does help at level enough to say the change can be noticed. And its degrees will depend on each person’s skin condition and preference naturally.

I've been looking for something, anything, that would battle the devious signs of aging and those pesky little skin issues that just seem to pop up more and more nowadays. I wanted to know if this mask would. As a surprise, the comfort factor is excellent. I expected something fairly chunky, but it lies nicely on my face, especially around the delicate zone near the eyes. It's snug but not overly snug, just perfect for something you're supposed to wear for hours on end. There's the nice touch. It's not a freezing cold blast, but a steady, soothing coolness that's just so reassuring. It's my new morning go-to for de-puffing. Seriously, those under-eye puffiness have been significantly less noticeable. And then there are the LED light options. The red light I’ve been focusing on is around my eyes and mouth. The idea is to stimulate collagen production, and while it’s still early days, my skin definitely feels firmer and looks a bit plumper. The blue light this has been a lifesaver for those occasional breakouts and redness. I’ve been using it on my cheeks, and it’s really helped to calm things down. Redness is diminished by a big shot, and I have brighter-looking skin. Blue and Red Light together, the power-up deluxe. The merger of both of them and it's a more intense one a couple times weekly. And but, a most favorite out of all if it were just in case it comes down to I would take, hands-down, the Skin Sustain Mode. This mode combines the cooling with the alternating red and blue light therapy, and it's just perfect. The cooling is so invigorating. It relaxes and calms my face immediately. The alternating lights appear to be targeting my skin's needs. It's the most relaxing mode. I can just wear it, close my eyes, and let it do its magic. It's the most intense routine, and it kind of does everything that my skin needs all at once. My skin is optimal after that mode. It's like a mini spa experience at home, and my skin is just calm, refreshed, and renewed. The Skin Sustain Mode is just such an amazing mix of everything, and it's absolutely essential in my skincare routine.

I’ve used this consistently for several weeks now and I haven’t seen much of a change in my skin. Now wait a minute, That’s not to say that it isn’t working, but that 4-6 weeks isn’t enough time(for me) to see real VISIBLE results on someone who may not suffer from acne, wrinkles and the like. I’m 40 and blessed to have no wrinkles (maybe a fine line by my eyes), no active breakouts and no bags. So there’s no sure way to talk about my visible results unless I spend more time conducting my study. Now 4-6 weeks may be perfect timing to see visible results if you have acne prone skin and was in an active breakout, have heavy set/deep wrinkles, or bags under your eyes. Which would be a better litmus to track how quickly and good this cyroglow mask works. With that said. I still LOVE this mask. It has become part of my nightly routine. So much so that when I get in bed, I hear, “Oh it’s Morphin’ time” (80’s-90’s kids get it) from the crazy person next to me. Haha. But I fall asleep for 8 peaceful minutes while the lights are on. My husband has to wake me to remove it every night. I really enjoy using it. It’s super calming, soothing and relaxing. It’s super easy to use. 4 different options depending on what you want to work on. The first thing you will notice is the ice cold metal paddings that fit right under your eyes, which targets the areas right below them. You may think it’s cold until you turn it on and woahhhh!, what an arctic blast that comes from those things. You can however adjust how cold or even shut it off completely. But you shouldn’t as it’s so beneficial and like I said before, it’s relaxing to where you can fall asleep. Now if you don’t like the lights and just want to work on your under eyes. You have the option to use it solely without the led lights blaring upon your skin or eyes. One of my favorites to use is the “Skin clearing” option. It lasts 8 minutes per session. I love it the most because it states that it can eliminate acne causing bacteria. My other most used is the “Better aging” option (6mins). Again I don’t have heavy problems with those things but with continued use I believe I can slow it down a bit more. I am always working outside in my gardens, even now as the temps fluctuate between freezing and upper 70’s I’m sweating and trying to outrun the sun so after being out all day and then getting to use this right before bed is something I look forward to. It’s super user friendly, it’s not heavy on the face, it’s not uncomfortable. It’s easily adjustable to fit your head shape and size. The eyes, mouth and nose areas are open so you don’t feel like you’re suffocating. The lights don’t hurt your eyes. They have pads around your eye area to protect them from direct light, but you will still be able to see the light shine through the internal clear plastic. I can’t think of what else I wanted to mention about this cool device but I do know I really love it. My skin just needs more time under the lights, for my eyes to pick up on visible changes. But I truly believe the work is also being done below my skins surface. I do recommend. Even had my husband try it and he enjoys it as well.

This Shark CryoGlow Mask does so many wonderful things. It has under eye cooling, LED anti-aging, skin clearing, and inflammation reducing benefits. It's truly an awesome device to have, but you must use it consistently and have patience, as it doesn't work instantly or overnight. I was very intimidated by the mask at first, and a little scared of it as well. I have never used one of these before, but I have heard so many good things about LED and red-blue-light therapy, that I had to give it a try, and I am sure glad I did. In the box came the CryoGlow LED Mask, Clip-on Chill Pads, a nice storage bag, a USB-C charging cable and plug, a remote, wall charger, the instruction manual and a quick start card guide. Setup was very easy, as it said to charge the CryoGlow LED Mask and read the manual before using it. The colors that are available are Blue Frost and Lilac Chill. I have the Blue Frost color. The differences in the LED lights: Red Light 630nm (nanometers) is a deep red that penetrates the skin at a moderate depth. It's good for reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Blue Light 415nm is a phototherapy blue light that works on the top layers of the skin to help reduce acne and bacteria, it also helps to reduce the production of sebum and bacteria causing the pores to clog. This blue light therapy also works to reduce inflammation. Deep Infrared 830nm helps out with collagen production and also helps to reduce lines and wrinkles How to utilize these lights with the CryoGlow LED Mask is so easy to do. The remote has built in treatments from real dermatologist. It also keeps up with your progress as you move through each treatment. This is where your consistency and patience come in play. In order for this to work properly, you have to use this consistently and be patient. The treatments, the goal results and my results are as follows: Better Aging Treatment - 6 minutes a day - uses the Red and Infrared LED's Goal Results: 12 weeks - Minimizing fine lines and wrinkles and firming sagging skin. My Results: 4.5 weeks - I used this treatment, and the results were "getting there" but nothing drastic. Since I am seeing some difference, I do believe that as I continue to use this like I am now, I will see better results. Skin Clearing Treatment - 8 minutes a day - uses Blue and Infrared and Red LED session Goal Results: 12 weeks - Chemical free acne clearing, reduce acne and redness, clear complexion My Results: 4.5 weeks - It didn't take but 3 weeks for this to clear up every problem spot on my face. I was amazed at the results. I didn't have much acne at all, but I did have a couple of spots that reoccur from time to time. It was present when I started using this, and now there is no sign of it, and it has not returned at all. The redness I had is completely gone. My complexion has never looked better since I have hit 50. I am now 57. So, this is the best my complexion has been in 7 years or more. Skin Sustain Treatment - 4 minutes a day of Red, Blue and Infrared LED's Goal Results: Continuous Use - This is to sustain your skins radiance and preserve your skins optimal condition after other treatments are complete. My Results: I have not reached my goal yet, but I did use this to see how it was, and I will wait to pass my opinion on it, as it really didn't help that much. Under-Eye Revive Treatment - 5-15 minutes session - This is adjustable, and it utilizes InstaChill Cold technology Goal Results - This is adjustable from 5-15 minutes and on 3 coldness levels. It works to reduce under eye puffiness, sooth your eyes, visibly tighten the skin under your eyes. My Results - I am in love with this treatment because it makes my eyes feel so good. The coldness feels so soothing. It makes the dark circles and bags under my eyes fade into the oblivion. I had to put the clip-on Chill Pads in for the mask to fit me properly. If you have an issue with the Chill Pads not setting right under your eyes, you may have to do that as well. Most of the treatments are what I would call long wait treatments meaning you have to wait to see the results. The only exception to that is the Under-Eye Revive Treatment. I did get instant results from that treatment. All the under-eye treatments were a positive experience for me. Summary: The results for me were all positive so far, but like I mentioned earlier, the ones that have longer treatment times are starting to see a little difference, but not much. It's just enough to give me reason to believe that if I keep doing what I am doing, then I will get the results that I am hoping to get. My favorite part of this experience is the under-eye cooling. I absolutely love that part. My second favorite is the inflammation reducing and the complexion clearing. I am seeing some great results with that treatment already, and in just 3 weeks. The iQLED Technology makes sure that there are no gaps or spots left uncovered, or no spots that are getting too hot. I give this a 4 out of 5 stars.

Set-up- You will need to fully charge the remote before your first treatment. Turn on the remote by pressing down on the big round button. The first time it's turned on the screen will show you a video demo on how to use the remote. Then it prompts you to a menu which displays the battery life and a few options- routines, your progress, and settings. Turn the dial left to scroll up and turn it right to scroll down. Press down to choose an option. If nothing is chosen, the remote will automatically turn off after a few seconds. Treatments-  The Shark CryoGlow offers three LED routines- Better Aging, Skin Clearing, and Skin Sustain. The Better Aging treatment, which lasts 6 minutes, will firm up the skin and reduce the fine lines. The Skin Clearing treatment, which lasts 8 minutes, gives you a clearer complexion by reducing your acne. The Skin Sustain treatment only takes 4 minutes and will help brighten and maintain your glowing skin. There is a non-LED treatment called Under-Eye Revive. It soothes your eyes with InstaChill cold technology and promotes a refreshed look. It has 3 levels of coolness so you can pick whatever is most comfortable. It also runs in conjunction with the LED routines to cool your face. So you never feel hot and overheated. Use- Before a treatment, wash your face and dry it. Do not put anything topical on it beforehand. Pick your treatment of choice and sit back and relax. Whether you're using just the Under-Eye Revive or one of the routines with 480 LEDs, it will rejuvenate your face and leave you feeling refreshed. The Shark CryoGlow boasts visible results in 8 weeks for reducing fine lines and only 4 weeks for less acne. Once your treatment is over, moisturize your entire face well and apply any other skin care that you use. Overall- Using the Shark CryoGlow mask is so relaxing. I look forward to my daily treatments. I sit back in my bed and relax. There is a pretty loud hum from the fans, but it's not so loud that it's annoying. You will just need to turn up your music or TV if you want to hear it better. I prefer setting 2 on the cooling InstaChill. It really feels really refreshing and not overpowering. The Skin Clearing has kept any pimples away. Being in my mid 40's, the Better Aging treatment is the one I was so excited about because I want to reduce and keep away the fine lines that I've been noticing more and more. I feel like the treatments so far have been worth the few minutes a day. The CryoGlow is so easy to use. I feel like in the first few weeks my skin looks fresh, full and healthy.

You can adjust the intensity of the cooling and massage, switch between different modes, and set a timer. It's just that getting to that point takes a little bit of trial and error. And the battery life? Honestly, I've been really impressed. I've been using it pretty regularly, like 5 or 6 times a week, and I've only had to charge it once since I got it. It holds a charge really well. I was expecting to have to plug it in every other day, but that hasn't been the case at all. This is great, as it means I can just grab it and use it without worrying about whether it's charged or not. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I've definitely noticed a difference. My under-eye area looks and feels more refreshed. The lines aren't gone completely, but they're definitely less noticeable. And more importantly, my eyes just feel less tired. I've been sleeping better, too, which I think is partly due to the relaxing effect of the CryoGlow. I've also noticed that it helps a lot with puffiness. You know those mornings when you wake up and your eyes look all puffy and swollen? A few minutes with the CryoGlow, and they're back to normal. It's like a little magic trick. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm really glad I decided to give the Shark CryoGlow Under-Eye Co. a try. It's become a regular part of my self-care routine. It's relaxing, it's effective, and it's well-built. The remote could be a bit more intuitive, but that's really my only complaint. If you're looking for a way to refresh your under-eye area and get some much-needed relaxation, I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot. It's a solid product that delivers on its promises. It's a nice little luxury that makes a noticeable difference. And in today's hectic world, that's definitely worth it.

I have owned many Shark products and they have all been well built, thoughtfully designed, and easy to use. The CryoGlow Face Mask is everything I was expecting from a Shark product. I used drug store facial cleaning products, facial cleanser and toner prior to using the mask, and moisturizer immediately following the sessions. I actually decreased the number of products used in my facial regimen, and had improved results. Most of the time I just used the anti-aging routine with the cold eye on level 2. The cooling feature is intense, but it helped my under eyes not look so tired and swollen. I used the cold feature every morning. After the first use my skin felt tight, like I had been in the sun for a while. Once it cooled off, I never felt that slight discomfort again. I started to notice results around the two week mark, including less prominent pores, and more even texture. I had 2 breakouts over the 4 weeks since I started using the mask. I used the Acne clearing setting and it helped break down two pimples. It had been taking longer for my skin to heal after breaks outs before I started using the mask. Since I have started using it, I have noticed improved skin tone where blemishes occurred, normally I have dark marks that take weeks to recover. The mark is comfortable to wear, keeps your hand free, and I like that the mask is battery powered ( which allows you to move around, even if it is a little awkward). You also hand free during treatments. I also really liked how well it traveled. It comes with a convenient travel bag that holds the mask, controller, and included USB-C charger. I took a road trip a few days into using the mark and I forgot to charge it before leaving home, but it easily lasted the entire 4 day trip. On a full charge I am able to use it for just about week of 6 minute anti-aging treatments.

I can't say enough about this mask!! Having just turned a certain "age", I have become more concerned about my skin care- particularly my face which is what greets the world each day. At first glance, this looks like something out of a horror movie! My grandson does not want to be in the same room when I am using it! (see the pictures!) There are several modes- all relevant to me. 1. Better aging- their description- "smooths fine lines and wrinkles and firms skin". I can say it does this! 6 minutes a day and after a little more than a week, I can see a difference. 2. Skin Clearing- "eliminates acne causing bacteria". I'm at the age where I can have wrinkles and breakouts at the same time! Talk about a kick in the pants! This seems to be helping the breakouts. It's an 8-minute routine. 3. Skin Sustain- a four-minute routine to maintain healthy skin- I have not used this yet as I am still 4. Under eye revive- you can set this from 5-15 minutes to cool under your eyes. You can actually use the eye cool with all the treatments (3 levels of cooling). The "under eye revive" is the cooling without the LED lights. They include some eye pads but I found it very uncomfortable with those on. I use it without the pads and enjoy the cooling sensation on my puffy eyes! Because the control unit has a belt clip, you can walk around while doing your treatments. You aren't stuck near a plug. The charge lasts a decent amount of time. Since it's a C-type charger, I have many around the house if I am not near the one provided. Overall, I am really excited to keep going with this mask and seeing how my skin changes over time. I was careful to take pictures before starting so I can compare as I go along.

Pro: build quality and light quality, good fit for all face shapes, easy to use, the results have been really good but I also added Olay retinol 24 to my routine so idk about the mask itself but with the combo I guarantee results and I’m only 4 or 5 days in. Cons:battery life is poor (between 4 to 6 uses per charge) you can save battery by turning off cheek cooling, idk the battery life with it off I just barely started turning it off. The freezing element makes the fans turn on so it can be loud as well. You can turn off the fans by turning the freeze part off . It makes a min for fans to turn of btw. Overall I’m please but not recommending it to anyone unless you have disposable income and into skincare

Shark - CryoGlow Under- Eye Cooling + LED Anti-Aging & Skin Clearing Face Mask - Blue Frost. I was really excited to get this to help with fine lines I’m starting to get at 47 I figured start now before they become more defined. After a little over 4 weeks of using Shark CryoGlow I haven’t noticed any difference at all with my fine lines they still appear to be exactly the same I was highly disappointed, it did however give me a little more of a glow to my skin not a tighter look like I also hoped for. I did love the cooling under eye pads and added cooling pads they definitely helped with the puffiness under my eyes from working on a computer 8+ hours a day it took away the tiredness look it has 3 adjustable cooling settings I used the highest I loved the feel of the coldness and use it the full 15 mins . I don’t have acne or issues with acne but I did also use the setting that’s what made my skin get glowing look. Each setting has recommended times to use daily to see a difference. It comes with a storage bag & a usb charging cable, must be fully charged before 1st use, it does not come pre charged. I honestly don’t know if infrared actually does anything maybe it’s me & will work better on someone else. I wish the remote was wireless it comes with a belt clip so your not having to carry it, it has a nice clear bright LCD display comes with 2 buttons and a dial to control the setting. You really have to hold down the control knob for about 30 sec for it to turn on & off.

My wife and I are in our mid 40's and feel we have a good skin regimen, especially that we live in a climate that gets really hot in the summer and dips low in the fall/winter. There are dust and smog in our city so we want to ensure we have good skin as we age. We have always wanted to try LED masks and took a chance with this CryoGlow from Shark. I was impressed at the size and weight of this mask. It is not as heavy as the competitors which is nice for us because it doesn't weigh on our heads too much. The straps need better adjusting and the cooling pads that rest under the eye are oddly shaped that it feels slightly uncomfortable. At least we won't be wearing it for too long. There are instructions and steps on which program to use first. You have Better Aging, a six minute program with Red lights that helps plump skin while improving sagging and wrinkles. The second one is Skin Clearing, an eight minute program with Blue lights that treats acne, reducing bacteria while soothing skin redness and puffiness. The third is Skin Sustain, a four minute program that helps boost brightening and maintaining complexion. The final is Under-Eye Revive, a five-fifteen minute program with green lights that helps tighten and sooth under-eyes. For the past four weeks we have been using the Better Aging, Skin Clearing and Skin Sustain. The lights are not too bright and the eye slots are wide enough that my field of vision is distorted. We haven't seen too much improvement, other than the reducing the swelling under our eyes with the cooling effect, as well as the bacteria clearing. Acne hasn't been an issue since we have been using this. The cooling effect is the strength of this mask, with three different levels it feels amazing, and can't wait to use this during the summertime. The only major issue is the battery life. We can get maybe 3-4 uses before having to recharge it. I would have liked this to work while plugged in at the same time. Otherwise, this is a really good face LED mask.

Mask Everything you need comes in the box. It’s literally a plug and play but I strongly recommend you read the instructions. I thought everything would feel more bulky but the actual mask is fairly light. After putting all the extra small pieces on and removing all the small plastic covers, you just plug it in. The light comes on and it beeps. This is my first time using this kind of tech no I don’t have any tips other than look up a few YouTube tips. It tracks everything. So no worries, you will get it after while. Make sure you have 30 minutes to to fully indulge in using this face mask. I like to use it when I’m resting on the couch, not necessarily in the bed because I end up falling asleep. It will turn off because it’s on a timer, but I like to be cognizant of what’s going on around me. my face doesn’t feel really different. After each time. I use the face mask but overtime you will start to see subtle changes if you stick with a repetition in a program I think this would be a good addition to face care. Because I don’t know exactly what to expect. That’s why I took away one star I don’t think this is exactly the same as going to a dermatologist for a specific skin care routine.

The Shark CryoGlow Face Mask is great! Shark in general makes great products, this one is no exception! While the mask may look a little funny, it works and feels great. It was easy to work this into my daily routine with the anti-aging routine only taking 6 minutes a day and then working down to just a few days a week to sustain at 4 minutes. Using the attached remote you select the routine you want, adjust the mask to fit your face and go. There’s a fan that is going and the red lights on your face are very relaxing. The cooling pads for under your eyes feel great! You can adjust the temperature if it’s too cold, but I have found that the default is perfect. In addition, it has pads that you can attach to the undereye area for a better fit. I can see that it’s making a difference in my fine lines and helping to even my skin tone. The blemish routine has also made a difference in my daughter’s skin. She had a small breakout on her cheek and wore this mask for a few days, you could see that the irritation went down, the redness easing after each use. This feels like an exciting piece to add to my skincare routine and is easy to maintain usage. The packaging is nice, and the silky carry bag is a nice touch. I recommend it!

VISIBLE RESULTS: After 4-weeks of daily use following routine guidelines, neither my wife nor I have seen any visible results reducing aging lines on my face. This time frame is about one-half of the suggested daily use (6 to 8 weeks), so I will continue to use for another 4-weeks. And I will update this review if any positive visible results are achieved in the next four weeks. CONCEPT: I get it, we all want to look younger with smoother facial skin, and it was my wife who suggested I obtain the Shark CryoGrow Mask for personal use and review. But I must admit, being a retiree (OK, a boomer) living the good retirement life, I might just be too old for any type of “LED Anti-Aging” to perform its magic on my aging face. We’ll see… ROUTINES: There are basically four routines to choose from. 1) Better Aging: A 6-minute routine that is intended to smooth facial lines and wrinkles firming the skin. 2) Skin Cleaning: An 8-minute+ routine intended to eliminate acne bacteria. 3) Skin Sustain: A 4-minute ongoing routine intended to maintain your facial skin smooth after you competed Better Aging, and/or Skin Cleaning routines. 4) Under-Eye Revive: Where you choose from 5 to 15 minutes of under eye cooling with the LED’s active. Note that “under-eye cooling” is also an option to use with each of the previous three routines having 3 cooling intensity level choices. CONTROLLER: Easy to hold while using or clip on your belt. Used to select your “routine” and to track your ongoing progress. Plus, it incorporates a handy Tutorial. And it does not use or require a Phone/PC application to download for use. Note that it can only track the progress of one user. LED LIGHTING: I found the LED lights somewhat bright and annoying bleeding their lights into my eyes. No amount of face mask adjustments would eliminate their bright lights. Therefore, once I started a routine, I would just sit back into my recliner and close my eyes for the duration. But even with my eyes closed, light would bleed though my eyelids. Especially intense is the 2nd cycle of LED lights for the Skin Cleaning routine. EYEWEAR: I will also mention I wear eye-glasses that can not be used with this mask. So, I would setup the routine with the controller, remove my eyewear, put on the mask, and then press start. Knowing when the selected routine was completed was easy due to the LED lighting would turn off no longer shining through my closed eyes. BATTERY: The internal battery is incorporated into the controller housing. It is rechargeable with the provided AC adapter (5.0vdc @ 2.0a) using the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable. Note that when charging, the mask is not usable. Since the battery is sealed in the controller, and is a not a user-replaceable item, once it can no longer hold a charge, it will render the mask unusable. Planned Obsolescence? RATING: For my personal use, utilizing all of the supplied routines over the past four weeks, without any visible results referencing before and after pictures, the Shark CryoGlow Mask earned itself a 2-Star Rating. A assume younger potential users could obtain much better results with this product versus the older baby boomer demographic. .
