Set-up- You will need to fully charge the remote before your first treatment. Turn on the remote by pressing down on the big round button. The first time it's turned on the screen will show you a video demo on how to use the remote. Then it prompts you to a menu which displays the battery life and a few options- routines, your progress, and settings. Turn the dial left to scroll up and turn it right to scroll down. Press down to choose an option. If nothing is chosen, the remote will automatically turn off after a few seconds. Treatments-  The Shark CryoGlow offers three LED routines- Better Aging, Skin Clearing, and Skin Sustain. The Better Aging treatment, which lasts 6 minutes, will firm up the skin and reduce the fine lines. The Skin Clearing treatment, which lasts 8 minutes, gives you a clearer complexion by reducing your acne. The Skin Sustain treatment only takes 4 minutes and will help brighten and maintain your glowing skin. There is a non-LED treatment called Under-Eye Revive. It soothes your eyes with InstaChill cold technology and promotes a refreshed look. It has 3 levels of coolness so you can pick whatever is most comfortable. It also runs in conjunction with the LED routines to cool your face. So you never feel hot and overheated. Use- Before a treatment, wash your face and dry it. Do not put anything topical on it beforehand. Pick your treatment of choice and sit back and relax. Whether you're using just the Under-Eye Revive or one of the routines with 480 LEDs, it will rejuvenate your face and leave you feeling refreshed. The Shark CryoGlow boasts visible results in 8 weeks for reducing fine lines and only 4 weeks for less acne. Once your treatment is over, moisturize your entire face well and apply any other skin care that you use. Overall- Using the Shark CryoGlow mask is so relaxing. I look forward to my daily treatments. I sit back in my bed and relax. There is a pretty loud hum from the fans, but it's not so loud that it's annoying. You will just need to turn up your music or TV if you want to hear it better. I prefer setting 2 on the cooling InstaChill. It really feels really refreshing and not overpowering. The Skin Clearing has kept any pimples away. Being in my mid 40's, the Better Aging treatment is the one I was so excited about because I want to reduce and keep away the fine lines that I've been noticing more and more. I feel like the treatments so far have been worth the few minutes a day. The CryoGlow is so easy to use. I feel like in the first few weeks my skin looks fresh, full and healthy.

My wife has had her eye on various LED therapy face masks for a while, but never pulled the trigger on one. So I was excited to be able to get the Shark CryoGlow to try out. We weren’t able to start right away due to skin breakage, but after a couple of weeks we’re definitely noticing results The CryoGlow mask is a full size mask that’s made to cover your entire face. The straps are easy to adjust and it fits on the face well. I wouldn’t necessarily call the mask lightweight, but it’s not heavy either. My wife has some neck issues and the weight did give her some discomfort while using it, but not a lot and this probably won’t be an issue for most people. The proper adjustment will have the mask centered on your face with the ‘chill pads’ making good contact with your under eye area. There are optional clip-on pads included that can snap on top of the ones built into the mask if they are not making good contact, but we found we didn’t have to use those. The overall construction of the mask feels really nice. It’s plastic throughout, but it’s got a soft touch to it especially on the points that make contact with your face. The adjustment straps are soft and easy to use. There is about a 3ft length of cord running from the bottom of the mask to the remote, which also houses the rechargeable battery. The remote is comfortable to hold and the 3-button design is intuitive to use and makes it easy to navigate around all the various options on the screen. There is also a clip on the back of it as well if you don’t want to hold it. The mask has red, blue, and infrared LED’s built into it that all focus on different types of treatments and penetrate to different layers of the skin. We have been using the Skin Clearing treatment, which cycles through all 3 of those. The Skin Clearing treatment is 8 minutes and the remote walks you through the whole process and even tracks your progress. The chill pads have 3 levels of coldness and we used it at the highest setting. The manual says it uses something called the Peltier Effect to draw heat away from the mask to make the chill pad side feel cold and at the highest setting it is VERY cold, but this can be stepped down as needed according to your comfort. We’re only a couple of weeks in, but the results we’re seeing so far are really good. It’s helped a lot with the puffiness on my wife’s face and in addition to her skin being clearer, here skin products are absorbing a lot better as well. It’s easy to maintain as well and just requires a quick wipedown after each use. The battery lasts around 3 treatments and there’s a USB charger included in the box that connects to the remote. If you’re interested in an LED therapy mask I would recommend checking this one out. We’ve always had good luck with Shark products in general and I don’t think this one is any different.

This Shark CryoGlow Mask does so many wonderful things. It has under eye cooling, LED anti-aging, skin clearing, and inflammation reducing benefits. It's truly an awesome device to have, but you must use it consistently and have patience, as it doesn't work instantly or overnight. I was very intimidated by the mask at first, and a little scared of it as well. I have never used one of these before, but I have heard so many good things about LED and red-blue-light therapy, that I had to give it a try, and I am sure glad I did. In the box came the CryoGlow LED Mask, Clip-on Chill Pads, a nice storage bag, a USB-C charging cable and plug, a remote, wall charger, the instruction manual and a quick start card guide. Setup was very easy, as it said to charge the CryoGlow LED Mask and read the manual before using it. The colors that are available are Blue Frost and Lilac Chill. I have the Blue Frost color. The differences in the LED lights: Red Light 630nm (nanometers) is a deep red that penetrates the skin at a moderate depth. It's good for reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Blue Light 415nm is a phototherapy blue light that works on the top layers of the skin to help reduce acne and bacteria, it also helps to reduce the production of sebum and bacteria causing the pores to clog. This blue light therapy also works to reduce inflammation. Deep Infrared 830nm helps out with collagen production and also helps to reduce lines and wrinkles How to utilize these lights with the CryoGlow LED Mask is so easy to do. The remote has built in treatments from real dermatologist. It also keeps up with your progress as you move through each treatment. This is where your consistency and patience come in play. In order for this to work properly, you have to use this consistently and be patient. The treatments, the goal results and my results are as follows: Better Aging Treatment - 6 minutes a day - uses the Red and Infrared LED's Goal Results: 12 weeks - Minimizing fine lines and wrinkles and firming sagging skin. My Results: 4.5 weeks - I used this treatment, and the results were "getting there" but nothing drastic. Since I am seeing some difference, I do believe that as I continue to use this like I am now, I will see better results. Skin Clearing Treatment - 8 minutes a day - uses Blue and Infrared and Red LED session Goal Results: 12 weeks - Chemical free acne clearing, reduce acne and redness, clear complexion My Results: 4.5 weeks - It didn't take but 3 weeks for this to clear up every problem spot on my face. I was amazed at the results. I didn't have much acne at all, but I did have a couple of spots that reoccur from time to time. It was present when I started using this, and now there is no sign of it, and it has not returned at all. The redness I had is completely gone. My complexion has never looked better since I have hit 50. I am now 57. So, this is the best my complexion has been in 7 years or more. Skin Sustain Treatment - 4 minutes a day of Red, Blue and Infrared LED's Goal Results: Continuous Use - This is to sustain your skins radiance and preserve your skins optimal condition after other treatments are complete. My Results: I have not reached my goal yet, but I did use this to see how it was, and I will wait to pass my opinion on it, as it really didn't help that much. Under-Eye Revive Treatment - 5-15 minutes session - This is adjustable, and it utilizes InstaChill Cold technology Goal Results - This is adjustable from 5-15 minutes and on 3 coldness levels. It works to reduce under eye puffiness, sooth your eyes, visibly tighten the skin under your eyes. My Results - I am in love with this treatment because it makes my eyes feel so good. The coldness feels so soothing. It makes the dark circles and bags under my eyes fade into the oblivion. I had to put the clip-on Chill Pads in for the mask to fit me properly. If you have an issue with the Chill Pads not setting right under your eyes, you may have to do that as well. Most of the treatments are what I would call long wait treatments meaning you have to wait to see the results. The only exception to that is the Under-Eye Revive Treatment. I did get instant results from that treatment. All the under-eye treatments were a positive experience for me. Summary: The results for me were all positive so far, but like I mentioned earlier, the ones that have longer treatment times are starting to see a little difference, but not much. It's just enough to give me reason to believe that if I keep doing what I am doing, then I will get the results that I am hoping to get. My favorite part of this experience is the under-eye cooling. I absolutely love that part. My second favorite is the inflammation reducing and the complexion clearing. I am seeing some great results with that treatment already, and in just 3 weeks. The iQLED Technology makes sure that there are no gaps or spots left uncovered, or no spots that are getting too hot. I give this a 4 out of 5 stars.

You know, I'm at that point in my life where I'm starting to notice... things. Those little lines under my eyes that weren't there a few years ago? Yeah, those. And honestly, I'm not looking to reverse time or anything, but I wouldn't mind looking a bit more, well, rested. So, I saw this Shark CryoGlow thing online, and honestly, I was skeptical. You see so many gadgets promising the world, and most of the time, they just end up collecting dust. But something about this one caught my eye. Maybe it was the sleek design, or maybe it was just the promise of some much-needed relaxation. Whatever it was, I decided to give it a shot. First impressions? Honestly, pretty good. When I pulled it out of the box, it didn't feel cheap or flimsy at all. It's got a nice weight to it, and the materials feel high-quality. It felt solid, well-built, like it was designed to last. And when I put it on? Oh man, that was a whole other level. It's surprisingly comfortable. I was worried it would feel bulky or awkward, but it fits snugly around my eyes without feeling too tight. The cooling sensation is immediate, and it's not an icy-cold shock, but more of a gentle, soothing coolness. It's honestly just... relaxing. It's got these little massage nodes, too, that give a gentle vibration. It's not a deep, intense massage, but more of a light, rhythmic pulse. And honestly, that's perfect for the delicate skin around your eyes. It's enough to feel like it's doing something, but not so much that it's uncomfortable. The sound it makes is also surprisingly calming. It's this low, gentle hum that just adds to the overall relaxing vibe. I've actually found myself using it just to unwind after a long day, even when I don't necessarily feel like my eyes are particularly tired. It's like a little mini-spa treatment at home. Now, the remote. That's where things get a little... interesting. It's not bad, but it could definitely be more intuitive. It took me a little while to figure out all the different settings and modes. I mean, I got there eventually, but it wasn't as straightforward as I would have liked. Maybe it's just me, and I'm just not as tech-savvy as I thought I was, but I think a simpler interface would make it a lot easier for everyone to use. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's definitely something they could improve on. I think if they had some more descriptive icons or even a little diagram on the remote itself showing what each button does, it would be a lot more user-friendly. But honestly, that's a pretty minor gripe in the grand scheme of things. Because once you get the hang of it, the remote does what it's supposed to do. You can adjust the intensity of the cooling and massage, switch between different modes, and set a timer. It's just that getting to that point takes a little bit of trial and error. And the battery life? Honestly, I've been really impressed. I've been using it pretty regularly, like 5 or 6 times a week, and I've only had to charge it once since I got it. It holds a charge really well. I was expecting to have to plug it in every other day, but that hasn't been the case at all. This is great, as it means I can just grab it and use it without worrying about whether it's charged or not. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I've definitely noticed a difference. My under-eye area looks and feels more refreshed. The lines aren't gone completely, but they're definitely less noticeable. And more importantly, my eyes just feel less tired. I've been sleeping better, too, which I think is partly due to the relaxing effect of the CryoGlow. I've also noticed that it helps a lot with puffiness. You know those mornings when you wake up and your eyes look all puffy and swollen? A few minutes with the CryoGlow, and they're back to normal. It's like a little magic trick. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm really glad I decided to give the Shark CryoGlow Under-Eye Co. a try. It's become a regular part of my self-care routine. It's relaxing, it's effective, and it's well-built. The remote could be a bit more intuitive, but that's really my only complaint. If you're looking for a way to refresh your under-eye area and get some much-needed relaxation, I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot. It's a solid product that delivers on its promises. It's a nice little luxury that makes a noticeable difference. And in today's hectic world, that's definitely worth it.

Shark - CryoGlow Under- Eye Cooling + LED Anti-Aging & Skin Clearing Face Mask - Blue Frost. I was really excited to get this to help with fine lines I’m starting to get at 47 I figured start now before they become more defined. After a little over 4 weeks of using Shark CryoGlow I haven’t noticed any difference at all with my fine lines they still appear to be exactly the same I was highly disappointed, it did however give me a little more of a glow to my skin not a tighter look like I also hoped for. I did love the cooling under eye pads and added cooling pads they definitely helped with the puffiness under my eyes from working on a computer 8+ hours a day it took away the tiredness look it has 3 adjustable cooling settings I used the highest I loved the feel of the coldness and use it the full 15 mins . I don’t have acne or issues with acne but I did also use the setting that’s what made my skin get glowing look. Each setting has recommended times to use daily to see a difference. It comes with a storage bag & a usb charging cable, must be fully charged before 1st use, it does not come pre charged. I honestly don’t know if infrared actually does anything maybe it’s me & will work better on someone else. I wish the remote was wireless it comes with a belt clip so your not having to carry it, it has a nice clear bright LCD display comes with 2 buttons and a dial to control the setting. You really have to hold down the control knob for about 30 sec for it to turn on & off.

The mask is easy to use and quick. I have seen a difference in my skin and it has only been a little over 3 weeks. I love the cooling feature for the eyes. Definitely worth the purchase! I look forward to the continued

I bought this for my wife's skincare routine support, especially targeting under-eye puffiness and overall skin care. The cooling feature is the most immediately noticeable part, and it feels relaxing and easy to use consistently. What she liked is that it encourages routine—when something is simple, you actually stick with it. The downside is results depend heavily on consistency and expectations, so it’s best if you’re patient and realistic.

Mask Everything you need comes in the box. It’s literally a plug and play but I strongly recommend you read the instructions. I thought everything would feel more bulky but the actual mask is fairly light. After putting all the extra small pieces on and removing all the small plastic covers, you just plug it in. The light comes on and it beeps. This is my first time using this kind of tech no I don’t have any tips other than look up a few YouTube tips. It tracks everything. So no worries, you will get it after while. Make sure you have 30 minutes to to fully indulge in using this face mask. I like to use it when I’m resting on the couch, not necessarily in the bed because I end up falling asleep. It will turn off because it’s on a timer, but I like to be cognizant of what’s going on around me. my face doesn’t feel really different. After each time. I use the face mask but overtime you will start to see subtle changes if you stick with a repetition in a program I think this would be a good addition to face care. Because I don’t know exactly what to expect. That’s why I took away one star I don’t think this is exactly the same as going to a dermatologist for a specific skin care routine.

Very easy to use and high quality. I have only been using it for a short time but love the ice cooling eyepads and I can see the reduced inflammation under my eyes already. Looking forward to another few months of using this great product.

I can't say enough about this mask!! Having just turned a certain "age", I have become more concerned about my skin care- particularly my face which is what greets the world each day. At first glance, this looks like something out of a horror movie! My grandson does not want to be in the same room when I am using it! (see the pictures!) There are several modes- all relevant to me. 1. Better aging- their description- "smooths fine lines and wrinkles and firms skin". I can say it does this! 6 minutes a day and after a little more than a week, I can see a difference. 2. Skin Clearing- "eliminates acne causing bacteria". I'm at the age where I can have wrinkles and breakouts at the same time! Talk about a kick in the pants! This seems to be helping the breakouts. It's an 8-minute routine. 3. Skin Sustain- a four-minute routine to maintain healthy skin- I have not used this yet as I am still 4. Under eye revive- you can set this from 5-15 minutes to cool under your eyes. You can actually use the eye cool with all the treatments (3 levels of cooling). The "under eye revive" is the cooling without the LED lights. They include some eye pads but I found it very uncomfortable with those on. I use it without the pads and enjoy the cooling sensation on my puffy eyes! Because the control unit has a belt clip, you can walk around while doing your treatments. You aren't stuck near a plug. The charge lasts a decent amount of time. Since it's a C-type charger, I have many around the house if I am not near the one provided. Overall, I am really excited to keep going with this mask and seeing how my skin changes over time. I was careful to take pictures before starting so I can compare as I go along.

I got this for my wife and after a week she is already seeing less puffiness under her eyes. She is also hoping to see smoother skin on her forehead. So far, so good. She says that it is a comfortable fit and that she really enjoys the cooling feature under the eyes. It takes 15-20 minutes from your daily routine to have healthier looking and feeling skin. This device is clinically proven to work and so far we can attest to that!! The only downside is that while it is comfortable to wear, you must find your sweet spot in terms of positioning yourself while you wear it. After a few days it seems to fit perfectly, almost like a broken in baseball glove!!

VISIBLE RESULTS: After 4-weeks of daily use following routine guidelines, neither my wife nor I have seen any visible results reducing aging lines on my face. This time frame is about one-half of the suggested daily use (6 to 8 weeks), so I will continue to use for another 4-weeks. And I will update this review if any positive visible results are achieved in the next four weeks. CONCEPT: I get it, we all want to look younger with smoother facial skin, and it was my wife who suggested I obtain the Shark CryoGrow Mask for personal use and review. But I must admit, being a retiree (OK, a boomer) living the good retirement life, I might just be too old for any type of “LED Anti-Aging” to perform its magic on my aging face. We’ll see… ROUTINES: There are basically four routines to choose from. 1) Better Aging: A 6-minute routine that is intended to smooth facial lines and wrinkles firming the skin. 2) Skin Cleaning: An 8-minute+ routine intended to eliminate acne bacteria. 3) Skin Sustain: A 4-minute ongoing routine intended to maintain your facial skin smooth after you competed Better Aging, and/or Skin Cleaning routines. 4) Under-Eye Revive: Where you choose from 5 to 15 minutes of under eye cooling with the LED’s active. Note that “under-eye cooling” is also an option to use with each of the previous three routines having 3 cooling intensity level choices. CONTROLLER: Easy to hold while using or clip on your belt. Used to select your “routine” and to track your ongoing progress. Plus, it incorporates a handy Tutorial. And it does not use or require a Phone/PC application to download for use. Note that it can only track the progress of one user. LED LIGHTING: I found the LED lights somewhat bright and annoying bleeding their lights into my eyes. No amount of face mask adjustments would eliminate their bright lights. Therefore, once I started a routine, I would just sit back into my recliner and close my eyes for the duration. But even with my eyes closed, light would bleed though my eyelids. Especially intense is the 2nd cycle of LED lights for the Skin Cleaning routine. EYEWEAR: I will also mention I wear eye-glasses that can not be used with this mask. So, I would setup the routine with the controller, remove my eyewear, put on the mask, and then press start. Knowing when the selected routine was completed was easy due to the LED lighting would turn off no longer shining through my closed eyes. BATTERY: The internal battery is incorporated into the controller housing. It is rechargeable with the provided AC adapter (5.0vdc @ 2.0a) using the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable. Note that when charging, the mask is not usable. Since the battery is sealed in the controller, and is a not a user-replaceable item, once it can no longer hold a charge, it will render the mask unusable. Planned Obsolescence? RATING: For my personal use, utilizing all of the supplied routines over the past four weeks, without any visible results referencing before and after pictures, the Shark CryoGlow Mask earned itself a 2-Star Rating. A assume younger potential users could obtain much better results with this product versus the older baby boomer demographic. .

Love this mask! The cooling and LED combo feels great and noticeably reduces puffiness and improves my skin. Easy to use and super effective!

Pro: build quality and light quality, good fit for all face shapes, easy to use, the results have been really good but I also added Olay retinol 24 to my routine so idk about the mask itself but with the combo I guarantee results and I’m only 4 or 5 days in. Cons:battery life is poor (between 4 to 6 uses per charge) you can save battery by turning off cheek cooling, idk the battery life with it off I just barely started turning it off. The freezing element makes the fans turn on so it can be loud as well. You can turn off the fans by turning the freeze part off . It makes a min for fans to turn of btw. Overall I’m please but not recommending it to anyone unless you have disposable income and into skincare

Got this as a Valentines Day gift for my girlfriend. Was skeptical to buy at first because of the price but it works. Her skin is clearier and shes been making me use it as well. With consistency it does what it’s supposed to do. Lotion afterwards is recommended because it does dry your skin a bit, not too much but just put a little on.

So far so good! Easy to charge and use. I've not been using it long enough to see results yet but the research shows red light will hep with fine lines and wrinkles so I'm using several times a week. Love the cold process under my eyes has it's refreshing when you wake up and reduces puffiness!

I have tried many infrared light anti-aging devices. This by far is the most effective and the simplest one to use. I love using the remote and can switch between colors. In addition, the cooling pads under the eyes are wonderful and eliminate puffiness and dark circles. I highly recommend this item. Shark is a high quality brand. Excellent.

Awesome purchase for my wife. She absolutely loves it and how quick and easy it is to use. Doesn’t have to stay plugged in and remote can attach to your clothing so it isn’t dragged around.
