I love this robot vacuum. You sit back and let it do its thing. The Shark goes over your floor three times. Amazing

I love it, i named mine Robbie, it starts when i time and i logged it for. It dumps great, first couple times i had to manually remove the debri for it picked up so much it got stuck. After that he ran like a charm.

Good vacuum but couldn't keep up with my dogs. Shark tends to have great suction but there is a limit. If you have more than 2 dogs, get a broom.

No complaints about this vacuum, especially having purchased it on sale. Works great and definitely saves us some time. As long as you remember to keep the filters clean there should be no issues at all.

Love to use it while folding clothes on Sunday to be quick with housework before the work week starts. Get for quick pet hair clean up while showering each morning.

This item is the most amazing practical tool in my house. It keeps the floors so clean! And how great is it to only have to unload the bin once a month! It is the best purchase!!

Ok must have, love it, was worth every penny. I will buy another one when this one stops working. I named mine Thanos, because he’s inevitable, the dust doesn’t have a chance.

I purchased my Shark about 3 months ago. The set up was easy, and I was initially pleased with the grid pattern that was used to clean. It picks up a lot of dust and pet hair, and I agree with previous reviews that it’s best to empty more frequently than suggested. My plan was to set the vacuum to run daily until a map was established (according to Shark about 10-20 runs) then set a schedule for the week with a room to room basis. After 3 months however….there is still no completed map of my 2,100 sqft home. I actually tried clearing the memory and starting the mapping process over as suggested on a forum. That did not fix the problem, so I’ve left it cleaning daily. I frequently get a message that it is hung up in the house somewhere. It generally turns out to be stuck inside the legs of my dining room chairs. Some days no problem with it getting thru there, and we haven’t moved the chairs so I’m not sure what the issue is. I also did not receive the magnetic boundary strips with my purchase, I wound up having to order those separately. The Shark can’t make it over my living room rug due to thickness, so I needed them unless I wanted to roll my rug halfway up to prevent the robot from trying to climb it. Apparently it didn’t learn it got stuck there daily so don’t go there. I have to also agree that customer service is useless if you have an issue, as you have to take time out of your day to actually call if you want a response…then hold indefinitely.

Just like a crockpot, you can set it and forget it. It gets the job done when you don’t feel like it. Great for in between deep cleanings.

Short version: Recommend it works. Longer version: Was an early adopter with Roomba's back 15+ years ago. Hated it and returned the item. The typical 1) does not clean well 2) have to empty the small bin etc The new self emptying vac was bought after much coaxing from friends who have stated it is not like the old Vacs. This is not like the old ones. It does what it promises to do, cleans and self empties and starts again. The only regret is I should have bought the one with the self mapping to allow for better scheduling of the cleaning. Would recommend and am considering upgrading to the self mapping model BTW: it finds a lot of stuff your traditional vacs cant get to like under furniture and beds so good bye dust bunnies

Thus far I’m happy happy. I set it to go every other day and it does it’s job. Gets every corner of floor unless blocked. It goes around furniture, empties itself, returns and charges.

Cleans very well but the schedule gets messed up. I’ve reset it a million times and it still goes whenever it feels like it

A good vacuum that makes cleaning easy. Set it up and make sure to routinely clean out the buildup in the tank, makes cleaning easier.

Not bad at all for the price. Does fairly well considering I have two Shepard type inside doggos. I wish it were indeed programmable for different rooms.

Works great! Easy to empty, managed to map my rooms accurately and do a good job of keeping things clean. App was easy to use, and it sends the robot out to clean as scheduled.

I was looking for a Vacuum that would suit my needs this vacuum, does it all ! This is a good vacuum, my highly recom. Send it to anyone who was looking for one.

It worked great until I got an error on it and stopped working. It comes with a 1 year warranty through shark and they were very helpful. Maybe purchase the warranty through best buy also just in case. Definitely would recommend if you have pets. It saved me a lot of cleaning with dog hair. It does have trouble getting over lips in the floor from room to room. But other wise was a great product for the price compared to other more expensive brands.

Newer version and even better than last one. Previous robo vac ran 7 days a week because we have white floors and black hairy dogs. That vacdid a good job . New one cleans better.

Great vacuum ! Does a great job every time. Remembers where it was when it needs empty its bin.
