The low profile cleans under beds and makes this a great choice for everyday whole house cleaning. Super-fast as this is not a snail. APP works fine! Docking without issue and does not launch on power surges like my other two robot vacs (IAN storm tested). Final thoughts: This is a quality robot vacuum. Shark has a long reputation for making high quality products that are designed properly. They are dependable, reliable, user friendly, and at the right price point. The Shark ion Robot Vac (model RV763) is a really good product. The vac does a very impressive job of cleaning as a result of some impressive features. The robot easily connects to wifi through the Shark app. You can operate without wifi/app by manually pressing operating buttons on the top of the unit. The robot nests in its charging station and in a few hours it is ready to clean. The charging station can be placed conveniently near a receptacle and not take up much space. We have tile, hardwood floor, as well as laminate and the robot cleans all of them quite well. The built in sensors allow the robot to feel its way around your house as it cleans the floor. The rubber bumpers protect your walls and furniture. I am impressed to see that it picks up dirt and debris around the entire circumference of the robot. The dirt is pulled in and stored in the bin. The wheels allow the robot to move around multiple rooms and pass over floor moldings quite easily. As for cleaning, we own a cat and the amount of cat hair this unit picks up is incredible. It is incredible to see the amount of hair and debris this thing picks up. The lithium battery lasts a good long time. While manual operation is an option the use of the app really makes this robot a star. The app is very good. You can set schedules and operate the robot from anywhere you have internet access. You can program areas to avoid and areas to clean. The dust bin easily empties and snaps back in for the next cleaning. I can't find one thing to dislike about this robot vac. Shark made a very good product and provided an app that enhances the robot vac and brings out the best features.

Doesn't allow for newer 2.4 MHz wireless with newer security protocols, however you can changed from WPA3 and turn on dual protocols on your router after changing to WPA2 and setting it up, then will connect to device after the change back. This should save you about an hour of troubleshooting. Overall this is a great vacuum for the price, better than my iRobot used for the upstairs rooms, has higher suction and better coverage. I have never run out of batter on this thing and it covers the living room, dining room, kitchen and family room no problem.

I’ve had this vacuum for a month now & I love it. The only reason I gave it a “good” rating is because it doesn’t have mapping. I knew that going into my purchase however, with the price of this product mapping should be included for this model. Other than that it does suction well & it picks up A TON of debris. The app is helpful as well since I have a dog who doesn’t like vacuums — I go intro my room, shut the door and use the app to start the vacuum & it runs for an hour. Also you can set up a schedule for it to automatically run.

Dosn't keep not finding it's housing. keep going over the same places and missing places, have no actual auto mapping where it know where he went and where he didn't. can't use your phone to control, unless you have wifi 2.4, I only had wifi 5 so I couldn't use it. ended up refounding it. got to say place it did pass was cleaning pretty well.

Have no complain about the vacuum. It was easy to set up and get running. Got it most and for most to get dog hair and so far its woking perfectly. The only thing that can get improved is that it gets lost when i send it to dock.

Great little vacuum, works very well sometimes it gets stuck under stuff, but it does notify you if it does with cute little thing saying” help me I’m stuck!! holds charge well and very attractive

Its ok, it cleans well, definitely gets the job done. But its random, it doesnt have mapping so it will vacuum a spot over and over.

If you have a lot of furniture or standing items on the floor, this isn't for you. It definitely gets the job done, and very very well. However i have cats, and a few standing cat trees. When it runs and reaches any of the cat trees, its an endless circle until i can pick it up and move it. Its like a child stuck in the a play pen. However I still highly recommend, especially if you have pets.

Love love love my Shark robot vacuum. I’m obsessed. Wish I would have bought it sooner. It does need emptied pretty often. I have 2 Persian cats so it has its work cut out for it. Highly recommend.

I love Shark upright Vacuums, but maybe I am crazy but I am not a big fan of this Shark. It's mapping stinks. Just jumps around and bumbs into things every 2 seconds. As others have said the App stinks as well. My inlaws got a cheapo Roomba and it works great i think i would do more research next time.

It wouldn't connect to my phone, which is no big deal because other things I've bought from Best Buy didn't either. At least this one can be used manually by pushing the buttons on it. I'm past the "oh cool I can vacuum from my phone!" We can do everything from our phone-it's not that cool anymore. Easy to put together. It's not dumb, it has a sense of direction. Does it pick up a lot? Mwew. Do I regret my purchase? No. My pets do though. All in all, just another little invention to make us more lazy. Unfortunately for my laziness, I still have to sweep. Just not as much. In other words, it's aight- I recommend it.

Cleans up my 2 golden retriever hair great. Just have to empty it more often. I plan to upgrade to the one with the docking self cleaning one but this works perfect, especially for the price

Nice looking robot vac. Only wished it would follow a map to clean. It cleans in all directions doesnt really follow a path. Bounces from wall to wall, but does excellent in cleaning.

Vacuum works well but over time loses power we have noticed. All in all still nice to have extra help cleaning up areas that are missed.

Pretty good vacuum! Cleans well. However bumps into everything and goes anywhere randomly. No sense of direction

The iRobot that I purchased is amazing.It literally does the work for you, so you don’t have to. I have a service dog who is a minpin with short hair,I also have a collie -shepherd mix with long hair, who sheds alot and the Irobot is excellent I mean excellent I’m getting all the pet hair up. I would highly recommend this particular Irobot to anybody who has pets, children,busy working taking care of their family, cooking, etc.. The Irobot is an excellent addition to any household.Like I stated earlier,it does the work for you as far as vacuuming, you can just program it and let it go. It will dock itself and cleaning is so simple. Do yourself a favor, You will be happy that you did.
