it is easy to use cleans it dusts mops and scrubs. leaves floors shining & clean. it is ready to polish.

I love my Shark. I had an old pocket mop for about 4 years and it had finally died. So time to upgrade. I love this model since it has the removable handheld steamer. It has been great getting my kitchen cabinets clean and I love using it on my sliding glass door to clean all the nose prints from my dogs. It does a great job cleaning and I love the washable pads. It comes with several attachments but I do wish it came with the wedge but I will be buying that soon. If you have never owned a Shark before the first few times you use it your floors will be streaky. This is because it is removing the residue from the chemical cleaners you have used in the past. I love the way my floors feel after I have mopped so clean and not sticky. I also love that I am not using chemicals since I have pets. I am very happy that I purchased this model since it is an all in one and makes for easy storage.

It steams and mops as it says on the manual,but I wish the water tank a little bigger as it is.

I have bamboo floors at a beach house that is also rental property. The Shark does a great job without scratching the floor

This is easy to use and maneuver but it doesn't really do a thorough job the first time around. I had to do my floors (tile) to really get them clean in the grout area. Recommend an attachment with circular scrubbing would make this product complete. Other than that, the ease of use and lightweight maneuverability gives this product a good rating.

I had marks on my kitchen floor that I could not remove even with bleach, the Shark worked and the floor looks beautiful. Easy to use, am very happy.

It is light weight, easy to clean and my 2 year old can use it... Little effort needed in comparison to most.

I have used my daughters and thats why I bought this one I am getting a new floor in a couple weeks and wanted thid for it.

I used my shark for just about everything dusting, mopping, marks off the wall, and steaming my nice clothes and fabrics!!! Been a life savor for getting my wrinkles out of my nice clothes!!! Absolutely the best for my floors I have 3 dogs and they have accidents so I'm really crazy about my floor so I'm constantly mopping my floor and it by far the best cleaner for my floor!!!

Buy it and love it, great product and easy to use, does amazing job on floors and the hand tools are awesome

I have a Shark Vacuum with which I am very happy so I thought I would try the Lift-Away floor cleaner.The hardest part of setting it up was opening the packaging. It is very versatile- capable of wood, laminate and tile cleaning. Shark continues to create and build quality, fairly priced solutions to maintaining the home.

I saw this advertised, and the price was reasonable so I decided to give it a try because I can't seem to find anything to clean my DARK hardwood floor. The shark was just the thing to take care of that problem. Streaks just a little, but that may well be something I am doing either incorrectly or shouldn't be doing. It works great on my light floors, and my kitchen floor which is ceramic. I'm very pleased with it and glad I made the purchase

The mop works great on tile and hardwood. I purchased the mop for cleaning the tile in my home's bathrooms and after one use all the grime and stains were gone. The lower steam setting is also good for cleaning hardwoods. Putting the mop together was very easy.

It cleans good. I use it on real hardwood floors as well as laminate floors. No streaks. Easy to use.

Excellent job in cleaning floors and sanitizing them as well light weight and has maneuverability

Love my new steam cleaner. It is detachable and has pads that you can use on counter tops, shower doors, etc. Of course it also has the pads for cleaning the floor.

This machine lives up to my expectations. I originally purchased another product and took it back to the store. I love my Shark. I spoke to someone at the company and they were quick to help me with ordering extra mop heads!

Love the Shark Lift Away Pock Mop. It is so easy to use and really gets my tile floor clean with no streaks left behind.
