Cleans well I like it the cord can be in the way at times

This is by far one of the best steamers that I have owned, I love the different levels of steam that can be used, just wish there were more. I also like the portability if I need to steam something up close.

It is well designed and works as promised. Unit detaches from handle for filling. One filling does our whole house. It steams quickly. The Swiffer-style head easily gets into corners. They supply you with 2 pads, which are easy to remove for washing. Even after vacuuming, it picked up dirt on tile and hardwood floors. Highly recommended.

With a litter box in each bathroom, I think the tiles and grout are cleaner them the day we moved in. Can't wait to try the attachment on our flat top stove.

it works great to clean floors. only wish it would hold more water... have to refill often when cleaning whole house of hard floors

I bought this because I have wooden-like laminate flooring and didn't want a traditional mop. Well I must say.........this is a pretty good steam mop. I don't have to use harsh chemicals to get my floor clean, just distilled water. If I don't have that, I will use a mixture of vinegar/water and it does just fine. Really good purchase.

Takes ground in dirt up easily. Makes old floors look new. Easy to use. Light weight.

The small steamer attachment is nice. Cleaned my tile shower, the steam did not clean the grout, but I knew the tile was cleaned. Steam gets very hot.

I used it to clean doors and floors, it does a good job but I think the steam in the attachment alone needs a little more power in my oppinion. I used a shark to clean my floors for years and it's awesome, takes care of the job. Only when used alone with the attachments I did not feel it very steamy, but I use it mainly for floors so no big deal.

My first steam mop, really love cleans really well, floor shines afterwards. Easy to use head is washable.

I'm impressed with the easy of use and light weight.

This will easily clean floors in a home that perhaps only adults or those 10 years and older would live in. I have two children 2 and under, so there are quite a bit of splatters that require harder scrubbing with this product than with just a traditional mop and bucket. Very easy to otherwise use, though.

I purchased this item to clean my hardwood floors. It provides the right amount of steam to clean, and dries quickly.

adds another level to cleaning. still takes work, but does a good job and easier to use than a mop

I like my shark cos it has a bigger head for more coverage. I can also just dust the floor if I just want to do that.

this mop works great on our hardwood floors. we had no idea how dirty they really were, a swiffer cant touch this.

This works as advertised and is easy to use. The cleaning pads come off and one just drops them in the washing machine for re-use. For general cleaning on the wood floors, it is best to keep it at The lowest setting otherwise it may dull the finish a bit

A very good general cleaner . . . certainly a million times better than a mop and bucket! Very handy to have the "lift away" feature. Does not work well on heavily soiled areas and does not clean grout on floor tiles at all. Agree some of the other less than positive comments: (i) yes, it would be good if the lift away worked horizontally, (ii) yes, it would also be better if the cable was longer, and (iii) yes it would be better if it could reach into corners . . . but for the price it's excellent value. In addition, believe that the deficiencies are easily compensated by it being very good for steaming clothes and bedding.

I have tile floors all throughout my house and this steamer does a great job cleaning them. I really like the extra accessories so I can use for other than floors. Highly recommended
