I love the ease of use, light weight, and how it handles itself with tough stains. I highly recommend this steam mop.

The Shark s3901 works great. The only problem I have is that the items included did not match sharks web site. When I called shark regarding this, they informed me that it depends on what store you buy it from on what is included. They said you have to buy from them to get what they list. There is no notice on their web site that states that it depends on what store you buy it. It is sad that a company of sharks reputation would use those tactics.

I have used it on hard wood floors in a house I am renovating. It works well on the vinyl floor in my kitchen and ceramic tile floor in my bathroom. It was easy to assemble.

I have practically tried them all. The Shark Professional Steam Pocket Mop has a water tank that fills from the top, so it is very easy to empty ALL of the water from the tank when you are finished. It has 3 steam settings which are all wonderful. The steam is HOT and my tile floor does not streak, nor does the mop leave it wet (even set at the hottest setting. The one really nice feature about this model, is the constant steam. You do not have to pump the handle, as in previous models (which I have also owned). You simply mop. So far, so good and my floors are cleaner than they have been with the prior models

This works good at cleaning floors. It comes apart so you can use it to clean stove tops, bathrooms, etc. I use it to clean it all. Works Great!

I bought the Shark-Lift Away steamer mop for my partner for Christmas to replace a Bissell steam mop that I bought him a couple of years ago. So far the Shark has been great. We both have health issues and the Shark Lift Away is real easy to use and does a great job. I also purchased the Shark Lift Away because of it's versatility with the lift away small steamer and the attachments that come with it making it easy to clean so much more than just the floor.

Love how it cleans my floors throughout my entire home. I also love the handheld unit that I used to clean my shower walls. I was hoping to see the dirt come up, but you gotta do some scrubbing. Oh well. I still feel like my house was left cleaner than normal.

this shark works great. we have dogs and they drool all over our hardwood floors. we were spending a lot of money on those swiffer pads but now we can just steam clean the floor. it work great and is really easy. the only complaint is that it could use a longer cord and possibly hold a little more water.

Had to scrub a little bit to get the dog drool spots up. I just didn't want to work so hard to scrub up the spots. I thought there would be a lot more steam coming out and I could easily go 1-2-3 and poof.they but be gone.I had read the reviews prior to buying it and knew this would be a good product for me. as I said above thought there would be just more steam and less work for me.The attachments are great. Really like to steam out the wrinkles in the curtains and the bedspreads. That was easy

I'm in love with this. I use it for floors and all vertical surfaces such as refrigerator door/sides, stove front, walls (especially near the garbage can!), etc. I only wish it came with a thinner cleaning head for hard-to-reach places. They sell it separately, but that's more expense! I like this tool for the price, for sure.

This steam mop is fantastic! Our new hardwood floors look amazing and operation is simple. Highly recommend!

Works great on hardwood floors and is a lot easier to use than the good ole mop and bucket. The only issue I have is that depending on the angle you are using it the steam amount varies.

The steam cleaner was easy to put together and easy to use. It cleaned the floors really well.

I bought this steam mop based on all the good reviews. It hasn't disappointed. It does what it's supposed to do. It's also good for cleaning counters, showers, window seals, mirrors, etc. due to its ability to be broken down. Buy it!

This is a miracle product . It is easy to set up and move from place to place. I like the idea of using fresh steam rather than cleaning pads that have a lot of chemicals on them to clean my floors. It loosens and removes dirt easily. The extra bonus is the lift away attachment. I use it to clean my stove, sink edges, refrigerator, bathroom tiles etc. I am very pleased with this product.

We bought as our previous shark went off. I had an eye for this product and was hoping the other 3 year old steamer would fail. this lift off steam jet is great. can use it in kitchen area which is oily. does a great job ad very happy about it.
