Love my Shark S3901 LiftAway Professional Steam Pocket cleaner given to me by my son. Don't have to get on my knees to know I've killed the germs on my wood floors as well as my bathroom floors - and I can clean the cabinet doors too. At 70 a much needed and wanted gift. Lightweight too!

This is a great little cleaner, lightweight and easy to use.

I like the easy clean up option on the mop, but was a little frustrated that the item description mentioned that it was wireless, but not if you are steaming the floor. Love the handheld piece for steaming clothes and curtains.

I have tiled floors in my kitchen and they get dirty all the time.It used to be a chore to have to scrub the floor on my bend knees.I tried using swiffer,but it wouldnt clean and there would be liquid every where. Love this steam cleaner, it not only cleans the floor but helps my back and knees too, do not have to bend or use a great deal of force. I have not used the hand held steamer as yet, but am sure it will be gat too. Does not take too much time to make steam and does make the floor cleaner

This is my first steam mop and I will never use a mop bucket to cleans my floors again! I absolutely love this great working mop; it is very easy to use, heats up quickly, the Skark Mop glides along and reaches under the stove, refrigerator, cabinets and other places that you could not clean with a regular mop. It also glides along cleaning the corners and edges of the floor. I love the mop pads; it cleans very dirty areas. It is a time saver for me. It does a great job on all my floors and the bathroom shower walls. The Shark Mop title says it all!

I love this mop! I have had 3 of them. They work great. My only problem is how easily they get clogged by tap water. But I love it enough to have had one 3 times so it's obviously a great product.

I purchased this steam cleaner primarily to clean my pergot flooring. For that, it works well. It was quick to heat up and easy to use. The pads quickly picked up all the grime from the floor. I didn't notice too much streaking like others have. It's also nice to use the steam cleaner to sanitize counters and upholstery. I tried to use it as a garment steamer and found it difficult to use for that purpose.

This product is great on floors, counter tops, kitchen cabinets, jewelry, stainless steel, and chrome rims. I would recommend this product to everyone, so get out and get one. Very Satisfied.

Wow, what a great cleaning tool! I was using a Swiffer Wet Jet and thought it was doing pretty good, but it didn't always do a good job getting the hairspray off of the bathroom floor. I had separate cleaners for vinyl and hardwood floors. Now, all I need is water and it gets the hairspray up with ease.

I have puppies at home and the floor need to be clean very often. After I used the steamer my floors looked great and no more bad odor in the house!

Having previously owned other steam devices, the Shark Steam Pocket Mop is much easier to use and does not suffer from leaks. Now it stands ready for use. It is sleek and compact. I appreciate having it accessible and no longer have to store it out of the way. Perfect for the kitchen.

This is a great buy, great price, cleans great, easy to put together, heats quickly, I was amazed at how long the steam lasted and the amount of floor space it cleaned. My floors shined!

I was tired of waiting a half an hour for the floor to dry after mopping and dealing with a actual mop and bucket. The shark took cleaning to the next level for me and my wife. It does exactly what it is made to do! The Shark is easy to use and can perform multiple cleaning duties.

This is the second steam mop I've purchased and I love it! We used the hand piece to wash walls, and steam clothe. It's gets the floors so clean. I highly recommend this steam mop!

This is a very good steam mop that cleans wood, ceramic, and laminate floors very well. Good price too...got it on sale for $99.

Works really well when doing normal cleaning. Really brings out the shine on tile floors. However, it doesn't clean the grout in heavy traffic areas like the commercials show.

love the way it works, works well on hardwood, light weight, the handheld steamer great for small jobs and spaces and beds and clothes.

Before I bought this product, I used to have the Bissell Symphony Vac-and-steamer and I wasn't happy with it. Nine months after my purchase, it broke down on me so when I went to replace it, the Rep at Best Buy suggested I use this Shark steamer instead. I only have about a month and a half with it and I LOVE, LOVE it!! The steamer works 10 times better than the Bissell, ofcourse it had 3 different settings: mop, steam, and scrub. I also love that the actual mop swivels so its easy to get in tight areas. The only down side to this product is it only comes with 1 mop pad so when you buy it make sure you buy a couple of more pads so you can clean more than one room. TWO THUMBS UP!

It is a great way to get surfaces, floors, drapes, furniture and more. It has so many uses. I have used the hand held ones few years back & this is so much better.
