I have never cleaned with steam before. This is a very versatile tool and comes with some nifty attachments. I have used it to mop my kitchen floor and used it a few times on the walls of my shower. It works great as a mop on the floor. The bathroom was hit and miss as far as clean goes, but if nothing else it loosened up some grime to be easily wiped away. I believe over time though it will get better as the first time it was pretty dirty. All in all a great and interesting product that I would recommend even for just the mop feature!

I purchased this to keep my kitchen and wood floors clean. Couldn't be happier. It does a fantastic job, so easy and quick. I haven't tried the detachable steamer yet, but given the overall quality I'm sure it will be just as good.

This is my second Shark. I use it regularly on my hardwood floors. Normally does a great job but sometimes streaks. Easy to assemble and easy to use! Great value!

This steam mop is so handy for every day use! It's lightweight, cleans great, and the handheld option is great for cleaning furniture or steaming clothes! I would have given it 5 stars if the water reservoir was bigger because I have to refill it multiple times to clean my floors (which it's not so easy to get to the sink if the floors are damp).

Great product! Used it for tile in bathroom, basement, and for old tile on counter of kitchen. Purchased a new home which is not so new and had to deep clean all tile. This product did just that. In fact the realtor came over recently and looked at the kitchen countertops and said this looks brand new, how'd you get it so clean! Very happy with product. One issue with it, if I have to name one; when using the corner or triangle handheld tool it often flips on you. As I said I was deep cleaning the countertops and would scrub back and forth with this tool, it would often flip and almost need to be held flat when really scrubbing back and forth. Maybe they should put a little holding bar on top of the actual steamer peice, giving a bit more control. Even with that small missed detail by the shark company, this product is amazing and has gotten even better through the years. Happy steaming!

I like the idea that it cleand and sanitizes variety of surfaces including fabrics, removes furry surfaces, and steam irons as well

We just put in a Porcelain tile floor and needed a way to clean it. We borrowed a couple of other machines but, were not happy with the results. The machine does an excellent job not only on the tile but on our vinyl floors also. Great machine at a great price.

First let me say to my horror, I found we had bedbugs! Did my own research online to get RID of them and a hand held steamer was one of 3 top method. Spraying Hot Shot and using diatomaecous earth was the other two, but back to the mop. I went into best buy to see what they have in steamer, hand held. Was not really looking for mop, but saw this had so many different use as Garment steamer, sterilizer, hand held steamer and of course mop! Well, I bought it thinking it will help me rid of bed bugs, which it did! You need steam of at least 60C, or 140F for Americans, and this is closer to 93.3C or 200F! well I was sold! We not only got rid of bed bug, but the first time I use on kitchen floor with aut soap, I was amaze! All the trash left behind by house cleaner came up and I never felt what a truly clean floor felt like in bare feet! We successfully steam our new mattress since we caught infestation early! This Shark steam mop is GREAT if you get any bugs in you house and need to get rid of them, and not just bed bugs! Hit them with 93.3C temperature steam and they are gone! note for those Who do get bed bug! It is not a matter of being a poo house cleaner! Crede mă, I am not. We are not.You have to not panic and realise these are predators and we are prey, but you can win battle, you just need to understand it is going to be battle that do not stop. Get your self a Shark Steam mop like this one and arme you self! ONE IMPORTANT THING!!!! Use distill water in this machine! It will last longer and work much better! I am all abou design, not what is pretty, but what is well made. This appear to be well made and worth the price! Oh, and bedbugs? They explode when confront with hot steam, egg and all! In related product, you may ask, why the Keurig? If you have bed bugs, do not panic, but make you self cafea and plan ahead! :-)

Easy to use and works in a variety of situations. It has been very useful in times where the heavy duty models didnt cut it .

I've been using my sisters steam mop for a while and been search for this one because it can detach and used on my counters and also use it to clean my leather seats in my car. Absolutely love it!

I gave this as a gift, and the receiver likes it. She was going to buy one herself, because she has a puppy who sometimes pees/poops on the floor, and this mop helps keep the floor clean.

The steam mop is a great way to supplement the cleaning of our floors. It is very easy to use with simple instructions and it is also very light so even my wife can use it. We haven't used the attachments yet but am curious about what we can do with them!

This is an excellent product that is good to use just about anywhere. I would recommend purchasing another mop scrubber because I waited until mine dried before I did another floor.

Great steamer. Even the 7 year old works it and loves doing the floors

I thought it would be more powerful in its ability to produce steam. If I use it more often it does clean better, however it is not convenient to use it weekly. I use it about once or twice a month. I would also recommend buying more cleaning pads.
