I tried it on the walls to remove wallpaper and it worked great. I also liked using it on my tile and linoleum floors. It left the floors clean and shiny. It was also very easy to use.

Had a Shark Steam Mop but it gave up so I purchased this one as a replacement. It's used on tile and hardwood floors and it really makes the cleaning job quite easy.

Bought this for my wife to clean our new wood floors. She loves it and uses it quite frequently.

The head attachments were hard to find replacements for but it cleans ok getting most of the dirt.

My sister-in-law recommended this mop and it has made cleaning floors so much easier for me. My joints swell and my muscles knot up when I use a use a regular mop. This mop is great and doesn't irritate my muscles or joints. I am now able to clean between housecleaning appts. Also, it leaves the floor cleaner than when a regular mop is used. Leaves floors clean and sanitized.

Very lite and easy to use. Works great on multiple surfaces. I would recommend this product.

This is my first steamer. We had a company with a baby coming to visit, so I wanted something that would clean my floor without any chemicals. It was very easy to put together, and use. It cleaned the floor with ease, and even broke up spots that had been on my floor for quite some time.

The device works as advertised, comes with plenty of attachments and does a great job at cleaning. Steam comes out just seconds after powering on, so there's little to no wait time. I love the fact that it needs no cleaning agents at all, just water. The only downside is that the mop head gets dirty fairly quickly (which also means it works really well) so you'll have to wash it almost every time, depending on how dirty your floor gets. My fifth star would have been granted had it come with a spare mop head, but I guess they want you to buy it separately. Other than that it works great.

It works pretty good for the most part but re-attaching and cleaning is kinda a pain.

We have hardwood floors throughout our entire house. While that is nice, it's also a hassle to clean. We were using so many swiffer pads and it just seemed like such a waste of money. We looked into steam mops and I was hesitant on the need for solution, where would we find the solution for a shark steam mop when we ran out? This one doesn't have solution, you can add if you need to, but not needed. And the lift-away feature is huge. My husband steamed our counter tops, our pantry and cabinets, our doors.....he was really going to town. Love this mop, happy we found it!

I love shark products. No chemicals.. Just water. The hand held steamer works awesome too. It makes cleaning easy and fun. The kids in joy it too.

I'm impressed with how simple the steamer is to use. I was surprised by how much additional dirt came up after I had just cleaned the floor with a Swiffer. No streaks, no wet spots, just a very clean floor.

Glad I bought this! It sure beats getting down on my hands and knees to clean the kitchen floor. It's amazing how much dirt it cleans up!

It is as great as they say it is. It is easy you are not just pushing the dirt around.
