This is one of the best shark mops I've ever owned. It came with several attachments for all sorts of cleaning jobs! I love it!

the Shark floor steamer works very well on Porcelain tile. when finished you know your floors are as clean as they will ever be!

I think this product is amazing, the only thing I don't like is that the steam comes out of the top of the rag more than the bottom that is actually touching the floor. I feel like it takes way longer than it should because of this. Overall though, at the end, I was astonished with how well it worked considering. Didn't require scrubbing, just a few passes on the bad areas.

This mop got my kitchen floor the cleanest of any non-traditional mop. Despite giving them up many years ago, I have been missing the thoroughness of traditional mops that requires you to get your hands dirty because all the clean-hands alternatives just don't clean as well. This mop got almost all the ground-in dirt out of my kitchen floor left by bringing a truck dolly from outdoors to indoors. The dirt left by the wheel is barely visible at this point and I'm sure another go-round will get the rest of it. I especially love the fact that it is killing germs with the steam. I'm not convinced traditional mops did unless you use steaming hot water, which I never did. I feel I can finally let go of my desire for a traditional mop as a back-up.

Overall, I really like the steam mop. I read many reviews on many brands and realized there's no perfect one out there so it's a trade off. I like mine because it has a long cord, does a good job cleaning and there's no streaking. I have walnut hardwoods throughout the main level and a lot of wood showing so this was a big factor for me. You plug it in and the steam starts almost immediately...no on/off switch which I would have liked but many brands don't have that. I would also have liked a bigger water tank, but again this one had one of the larger ones. I have a baby granddaughter and feel good about her crawling around after I've mopped with this.

Unfortunately this is our third shark in three years. We previously had the purple sharks and they both broke internal Springs after about a years use. We use our shark on tile and linoleum floors monthly but other than that, they are not used much. We love the sharks when they actually work; however, their short lifespan has been frustrating. We tried this version hoping it will hold up better. So far so good, several months in.

Shark steam mop is top quality and versatility due to detachable unit from stick - best steamer I have owned.

We have tile in our house going from the entryway, and leading to our third bathroom and into the great room. We also have tile in our two other bathrooms. The Shark Lift-Away Pro just cut our cleaning time by around 80%. We have a 10mo. son crawling around and needed something that could sterilize the floors without using harsh chemicals. The shark offered more than the other brands for the price. The Shark also comes in handy with being able to steam clean the area rug in our living room and our curtains as well. I just wish they would have had a better design for refilling the water.
