Does the job well. Have had a shark steamer in the past and this one works just as well as the other

I enjoy using this product. You can smell the difference in your house after steaming your house.

I spent a couple weeks reading reviews and researching the right steam mop. This is straight up impressive. It cleans the floors very well, easy to fill and easy to use. Look no farther for an excellent mop.

So far so good! This is my first steamer, and it works great! Leaves my hardwood floors clean. I even cleaned window screens with it - it does a great job. I would def. recommend it!

I am the type of person who researches and reads every review for a month before deciding on a purchase. This was no different. I am highly disappointed with this purchase. I would have given it 2 stars, but I gave it an extra star because it can also be a handheld steamer. I like that I don't have to use harsh chemicals when cleaning, but I don't feel like this cleans effectively. Many people claim it cleans their tile grout, I tried to get it to clean the grout in my tile floors and my tile shower - neither became clean. Overall, I think a cheaper model would have worked just as well if not better.

Works as advertised. With all the tile floors in my home, it is a life saver.

It's a good steam cleaner for the price. I like the washable cloth that it comes with. It's a little weird maneuvering, but like other items, it takes time to get used to. I will be using this product every few days because I have lots of hardwood and tiles in the house.

Second shark (was refurbished) I've ever purchased... the last one lasted 6+ years! I've really upgraded this time to a better steamer and I couldn't be happier to know and to walk on my clean tile floors.

Steamer works great! Lots of attachments to use! Can't wait to try them all.

works like a champ. Swiffer pads don't pickup as much as this little machine

Sure doesn't produce the steam that is on the commercials. The box was missing the extra pad. Customer service was excellent and sent two extra pads. Does an fair job on tile floors and pretty good job on laminate.

Love this. Improvement on the previous version and gets my floors spotless.
