It does a decent job, honestly impressed, we have 3 dogs, one that sheds and it keeps up enough to where we don't have to really vacuum the house but once a week. We don't use the mop function as it isn't as good as the vacuum function. When it pauses to recharge, it can restart at odd hours. Was on sale 199.99.

Great vacuum! Easy to set up and very reliable. Program it and let it do its thing. I purchased this on sale to use as a backup in case one of my other Shark robots quit working. I bought the other two robots (one for my upstairs and one for my downstairs) two years ago and are both still working. Couldn’t pass purchasing this one based on the price and reliability. Well worth the money!

Great robot vacuum! The suction is pretty good and the lines are so satisfying. Only down side is the doc can be a little finicky if it’s set on carpet. The mop is good for a quick wipe if you don’t have time to use a stronger mop or steamer, just don’t rely on it to deep clean over all

Good suction, it does draw a map but i feel like the way it vacuums like the direction it picks is kind of weird. not disappointed so far it is pretty good helps with the dog hair around the house but i do have to pick up a lot of things before using this since it does get stuck on everything

My 19 YO son loves tech so this was right up his alley even though I purchased it for my wife LOL! A home with multiple pets, we can't get around to use the traditional vac consistently, with my son's wise program choice, our floors look more like a humans live at our house instead of animals!

I purchased this device in the store at a discounted price. Overall, it has worked well for me. It has had some issues returning to the base at times, and I have had to help it position itself properly on the base. I am not sure if it is something I am doing wrong or if it has to do with the floor level, but it has been working and has been useful since I bought it. I have had it for several months now.

I saw this on sale and couldn’t pass it up. Our older one just wasn’t working as well anymore and didn’t have the mop feature. I’m extremely impressed so far! It blows the older model out of the water and is great for keeping the floors clean between real cleanings throughout the week.

I’ve had it for a couple of months so far and it’s been great. I just wish the self-mop liquid tank was larger to mol a larger area so I would fill it up again

This is very easy to install, and I don’t have time to constantly clean up my dog’s and cat’s hair. This has been the best solution for me. I love that I can schedule cleanings in different areas of my home. I absolutely love it!

We replaced a machine that was pretty ancient and the Shark was a huge upgrade. The initial setup was simple and it doesn’t seem to miss even a tiny spot within the setup area. Anxious to set up additional areas now. Have recommended to others already.

Love it!! Works so great and I love that it vacuums then mops. I love the 2 in 1 feature. The price is so amazing, so you can’t beat this great of a bargain. It maps the floors and does an amazing job. My floors look so great now all the time!!

The Shark works great and I like how it maps the house. When it gets low on the charge, it makes its way back to the dock and it transfers the dirt from the Shark to the base, making clean up even easier

Really nice vacuum/mop. Takes some dialing in for mops with Shark but it was not hard. Setting up the rooms was a little odd and can be simpler. There are no instructions for the mixology of the solution. The MOST frustrating part I having to take it off the mount, pull the reservoir off fill it with water and cleaning solution and then click everything back on. I should have gotten the on with a water tank.

I actually bought this as a gift for someone as after researching found this vacuum to be excellent quality. The receiver of my gift just loves this vacuum and the quality of the suction is excellent. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love it. Bought it for my wife and she loves that she can set a schedule and the mopping is done very well. It’s convenient especially with little to no carpet in our house.

Easy to set up, although I wish it was easier to redo the room boundaries without redoing every boundary, but overall, I would buy it again and recommend it
