I love this little guy! We have a shedding dog and yes the first run through a lot caught on the roller, but after a couple initial struggle due to my laziness not wanting to pull out the big vac, this guy powers through with amazing efficiency and self emptying. The dock where it empties itself is so easy to get part to empty it without having to touch any dirt and the mapping and using with the app is the best and super self explanatory. We want a second one. As you can see from my photos it even makes the floors look as if vaccumed by a large vacuum!!

We've had a Roomba for years and recently upgraded to the Shark Matrix, which we affectionately named Sharkira. And Sharkira is awesome! First time cleaning took about 90 minutes - about 1000 sq ft on the first floor of our condo. Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom. Sharkira gets more and more efficient each cleaning and has settled into about an hour after learning the area. And we have a schedule so we just set it, and forget it. I'm getting another one to put in the basement.

This is the best robot vacuum that i have ever owned. I have 4 cats and it gets in the carpet pretty deep and i love that i can set it to where it will turn on, we named it sharkie and my cats are very curious by it and watching it every time it vacuums.

Very easy to set up and it cleans very well. The battery life could be better.

I love this vacuum. Maps out my house. I Barely need to clean it compared to the older models. Great when it is on sale.

A little noisy but overall does a great job vacuuming all available floor spaces. I’m having a hard time programming it with the shark app.

For new parents, this is a MUST-HAVE! Quickly cleans crumbs and dust. Easy-to-empty bucket. Named ours Tony Shark, and the kiddo tells it "Good job, Tony!" Highly recommend! Wish I had gotten it sooner!

Easy to set up. Maps out the whole house. And does specific rooms if you want it to, the extra help doing the floors is nice.

I have a shark robot vacuum in my family room. I purchased a $700 robot vacuum for my main floor and returned it after the first use. I then bought a shark. I highly recommend this vacuum. I now have 3, one on each floor of my house. This vacuum works very well, I schedule them to run during the night and my floors look so nice when I get up in the morning. I have 3 dogs and the vacuum keeps the hair cleaned up very well. The vacuum has no trouble getting over or around things like throw rugs or cords. The wheels are big and sturdy to allow good maneuvering. The only flaw would be that they sometimes lose connectivity. It doesn't happen often and it's very easy to reconnect.

I had a hard time deciding between the different robot vacuums, especially when comparing mapping, navigation, and obstacle-avoidance technology. I spent countless hours researching different models, and while Dreame was ultimately my top choice for its more advanced AI and 3D navigation features, the Shark Matrix made the most sense for what I needed immediately. For the price, I’ve been very satisfied. The precision mapping works well, the self-emptying bagless base is convenient, and overall the vacuum has performed exactly as I hoped. I think Shark offers a really strong balance between smart features, cleaning performance, and price without having to jump into the highest price tier. My biggest criticism really isn’t with Shark, it’s with the selection. I wish Best Buy carried more competing brands like Dreame because it would make comparison shopping much easier. Still, for the options available and the price I paid, I’m satisfied with my decision and would recommend the Shark Matrix.

We were looking for a vac that didn’t include the mop feature as our home is predominantly carpet. This vac works great for our needs. It’s self cleaning and quiet running. We don’t have pets or small children so dirt and hair are minimal in our home.

Does what you would expect it to do. Set up is easy and cleans well. Exceptionally loud though. Will wake you up from your sleep for sure.

I love this thing. We had a cheaper one given to us as a Christmas gift a few years ago and it always got stuck multiple times while cleaning, did not have many features, and didn't clean the best. Well, not this one. Rolled over thresholds, mats, and even some long fabric mats that we have in front of our doors for our dogs coming inside. It leaves my floors actually feeling clean and the mapping system in the app is fantastic. The only issues I've had is the battery not being quite big enough to clean our 1600 square foot home in one cleaning cycle and not being able to stop the cleaning cycle once it's dead and has to return to the base to charge and then finish the job. It is crazy smart though. When we first started using it the clean report would tell us how long it took to clean and the more it does it, the faster it gets. Definitely worth the money we paid for it and will buy another if it ever breaks.

This has been a great upgrade to my old roomba - I debated on a vaccuum mop combo, but ultimately decided the vaccuum only was all I needed and this does not disappoint. Good coverage and suction power, app is easy to navigate and I am a happy camper!

This was one of the only vacuum only models around, we don't need a mop for hardwood floors, so thought we'd try it instead of the last brand we had. Best choice ever for the house! A: this baby empties itself then goes right back to work. B: able to program no go zones so no more shutting doors to avoid certain rooms. C: doesn't get stuck on stool legs like other brands! D: you can set up a schedule from the app, no thinking about running it. E: able to get it on a sale, so basically we UPGRADED by downgrading on dual action robot.

This product is great, however the battery life is not as long as I would like. Otherwise as a 3 dog household this product really has helped.
