Shark robot cleaner

It was loud and got stuck a lot. This one is much quieter while operating and just does its job much better than the one I had before.

My killer robot

It has gotten stuck on some electrical wiring and pet toys a couple of times and it suck’s when you come home to find the battery died and you don’t know how much it cleaned.

Good vacuum

I wish it had 2 corner sweepers and not just one. Not a bad vacuum, just not meant for a home with 2 dogs and 2 cats!

Great Product and Great Service

With the number of hours we work, it’s difficult to find time for cleaning. We let our new Shark take care of the floors - a big job with a house full of pets! (The older one kept getting fuzz stuck in it and wouldn't suction out. Must be a design flaw.) This one does a wonderful job, empties well, and gives a "mission complete" report. I would definitely recommend this product. (An added bonus: it was on sale!)

Shark vacuum for the win

The room mapping feature is pretty cool, as well as the self emptying feature. It is quieter than my last smart vacuum and is really easy to clean. My only complaint is that longer hair gets stuck in the roller brush instead of going into the debris chamber, but like I said, it is very easy to clean and get it running again.

Works Great

I have two dogs and a cat. I have to empty out the base and dust bin a bit more often because of all the hair and dander.
