Great vac here. Already own one but wanted a second vac for the upstairs. We have a German Shepherd and two cats...this thing handles the fur, and everything else, like a champ! Lightweight, good capacity and great suction power that make cleaning easy!

Legit this vacuum had some serious power, I was surprised at how well it works. Great swivel motion, easy to use, and easy to clean. Got it at a great price as well so I have no complaints.

Took all of 2 minutes to assemble. Crazy light and smooth rollers make it great for our restaurant.

I love this vacuum. It works perfectly on both carpet and hardwood floors. The only downside is the attachments are a little clunky.

I was a bit skeptical in buying this because my old one was a lot smaller but I found this vacuum to be not at all heavy and easy to use. I don’t mind the noise honestly.

I love my sharks. I have one upstairs and one downstairs. The liftaway feature me she's stairs and cobwebs nears the ceiling really easy to do. Gets my dogs' fur picked up.

I already have one shark and decided to purchase second for the third floor bedrooms. Great suction and convenience on this vacuum. It was on sale at a great price too!! Very happy with this purchase. So far, so good!

Great vacuum! Have pets and it does the trick. Shark is a great value. Did better than my previous $500 vacuum!

This is my first Shark vacuum. I've only had it a few weeks but really like it so far. It seems to have a very good filter system. And I like the lift away feature - it helps to get behind furniture and in tricky spots. I do wish the extension hose/wand was longer and narrower - it could use a long tube extra piece. There are several plastic parts attached to the wand which limits it's range in getting under furniture and between tight spots - I can't even reach the front coils under my refrigerator because of this even with the crevice tool attached. My only complaint to Best Buy is your images are showing this vacuum with the Hard Floor Hero - my vacuum did not come with this and it isn't listed in the specifications.

It works well and for the price it's hard to beat, we replaced an older shark vacuum with this and it does the same job as the old one.

Excellent value for the money. Love this vacuum. Would buy again.

Got one of these recently for just under a Ben Franklin. Replaced our 5 year old Shark Navigator. Great suction to dollar ratio. Only problem is the power cord was found to have a slit in it out of the box, a couple feet from the base of the vacuum, exposing the insides :(. My spouse mentioned the cord was somewhat stiff when taking the vacuum out of the box. Hmmm...

This was a special deal, so hard to turn down. It's our third Nav-Pro and would recommend every time. Just make sure to clean the rollers and the filters. Hard to push on deeper carpets though...would not recommend for older folks if you have shag.

Sharks rule!! Unless they are caught up in a tornado then not so much. Works great on carpet, hardwood and for catching slow swimmers in shallow water.
