This is a good vacuum if you have a small house and no pets or kids. It doesnt pick up bigger items like cereal bits. Suction is ok. It's a small vacuum for sure.

This vacuum is amazing! I was initially drawn to it because of the advertisement that it would vacuum up pet hair, something that we struggle with. When the vacuum arrived it had to be assembled but it was very quick and easy to do with the included set-up guide. The red color is very bright an vibrant, something I wasn't sure I would like but was pleasantly surprised by. After I finished assembling the vacuum I turned it on and right away I knew it was going to meet my expectations. Although it is a bit heavier than I expected it almost feels as though it is self propelled so the weight isn't an issue when moving about the room. The flexibility is one of the things I love the most - I was able to maneuver the vacuum around and under almost every single piece of furniture in my home. I love the ease with which it can convert from carpet to hard floors by just flipping a switch. And the attachments - I'm in love! There are 2 attachments that store on the vacuum itself and one separate, which I found a bit inconvenient, but the separate attachment the one designed for pet hair so I decided to overlook that one small flaw. However, it didn't work as well as I'd hoped! I was a bit disappointed. While it did get up some of the dog hair it left behind about as much as our old vacuum and I was bummed out. I decided to try out the other brush attachment to see how that might work and was amazed - it got almost every single hair out of the couch! I was so impressed with that brush attachment that my disappointment with the other one flew right out the window. The other attachment is fantastic for getting in tight places and was excellent for cleaning out the track on my sliding glass door. The suction power on this vacuum is truly impressive - I found NOTHING left behind after cleaning my carpet and tile floors. The dust canister is super easy to clean out. The cord was long enough to reach almost my entire living and dining area so I only had to change outlets once to get into the kitchen. I am absolutely in love with this vacuum and would highly recommend it!

This is our high priced $130 vacuum cleaner and expected it works much better than $60ish priced vacuum cleaners. We had big disappointment when it stopped working after 1.5 year. We have relatively small area apartment and have no pets, usually we'll vacuum once in 2 weeks. One bad day, brush roll stopped rotating and we followed given instructions to fix it but it did not worked. Then gave a call to Shark Customer care and they gave odd reason for that part not covers as part of 5 year "LIMITED" warranty. My point was it is motor related issue and happened inside the unit but still they are not ready to cover under warranty. That's very vague and I did not understand then what they cover under warranty. I checked how it can get fixed and they asked me to buy replacement part for $30+, I went for it as I have no other option. We had medium ranged $60 vacuum cleaner before and it worked for 4 years with no issues. But Shark performance not much difference and stopped working after 1.5 year. Waste of money and thought me lessons that cost will not give quality product. I'm totally disappointed with this product and never recommend for anyone to buy this product.

It is not as I expected but it’s ok for the price.

the trash compartment easily comes apart and spills to the floor when trying to remove it from the vacuum

Work well on the floors but not that good on rugs. I like the idea of having a vacuum that is not very heavy

It’s a Great vacuum. But the older it gets, it looses its suction ( in my opinion).

It's ok, but not as easy to use as I thought. It does pick up dirt well.

This vacuum does not glide. It is hard to push and a bit heavy.

It works great but I only gave three stars because I expect it to break in a year like they all do.
