I had another shark handheld vacuum that I used for awhile, and I battery time was very short and it was not even enough to clean car, but this shark handheld vacuum is very powerful, has long time battery and with one charge I can clean my car and some furniture (couch, etc) . But what is important for me that this power boost shark vacuum can easy pick up my dog's hair, very light to use it, another word its a good product and worth all the money, I really love it.

I am highly impressed with this portable, cordless vacuum cleaner. It demonstrates exceptional build quality and offers superior maneuverability in confined spaces. It performs admirably for automotive cleaning and assembles with ease.

So I bought this as an open box, so I received it at an excellent price. But, even though the description of the open box sale said excellent condition. It was not. The container was filled with pebbles and the pet hair attachment was missing. Best Buy online assistant told me to bring it back to store so they could get me the miising part. They could not. Luckily, I called the Shark customer assistance and explained what happened and they are sending part. I have used the vacuum for my stairs and along the edges of those hard to reach areas and it works great. So 5 on the equipment and from the Shark company, but not so happy with the Best Buy help, except the employee who tried helping me when I actually showed up to the store.

Not as powerful as i thought it would be.... battery dies quick.... i would give it a solid 7 out of 10. It would be only good to clean food crumbs i guess...
