After a week : it’s working good, no issues till today. It’s little noisy, but not that bad. It’s clean very well .

I absolutely love this vacuum. Such an upgrade from my $80 Amazon special that I bought when I first moved into my apt. I love the dirt detect feature! Gives me more peace of mind when I’m vacuuming my rugs and trying to get up as much cat hair as possible. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because it’s quite a bit heavier and bulkier for me when using it in handheld mode than my old vacuum was. Other than that, I love this thing!

I got tired of tripping over the cord while vacuuming and wanted to try going cordless. This Shark has a good rating for the battery. The price is better than its competitor. The battery makes it heavier than I thought it would be to use. But it works great. I love that using it in Eco mode makes it quieter and doesn't scare my cat. I'm glad I bought it.

This model is absolutely a beast. İt stick to rug and pull the deeper dirt and dust. Hair never clog the pipe and brushes. Easy to empty to dust bin. İt is also smart work hard on rug. Power detect is nice to. I find it gets dirt from coners and edges easily but some time have to push more. The only thing can be improved adjustable handle.

Gets the job done. Very comparable to my Dyson but love that it gets under the furniture

It doesn’t get edges well. Sometimes it dumps out part of what it vacuums up. It has good battery life.

Its a huge step up on power from my old shark stick vac. The smart features are good, senses different floors, walls, etc and adjust accordingly. It does take a moment to adjust so it may take 2 passes near a wall for it to adjust and direct the suck to the wall side. Other than a little loud its been great!

After having a Dyson since 2011 thought I would research additional options that may cost less and purchased this vacuum. Pros: * Immediately impressed with the light that lit up the floor showing so much debris and particles that were not visible to me at all before the light approaches. * As I swept the debris seemed to be gone after sweeping by so I thought this is cleaning so much better. But see Cons on canister below. Cons: * Head is thicker and narrower then my old Dyson and does not slide under some pieces of furniture at all. * Head does not swivel with ease. * We have 3 pets and with Dyson doing a full house vacuum the canister was completely full! This was not even 1/4 full. Weeks later I learned all the fur packs between the roller and it quits spinning. This became a frustrating weekly chore and not once in 6 months did the canister fill much at all, so where was all the debris? * Shark does not pick up well in corners or edges requiring a broom sweep after which defeats the purpose of vacuuming. Final: 6 months later, I purchased a new Dyson and was blown away again with how much better a Dyson works. No more sweeping edges and corners after I'd already vacuumed and no more weekly chore cleaning the roller! Gave the Shark to my daughter who said as soon as she can, she will get another Dyson as well. She felt not only did all hair and fur jam up in the roller but she could not simply pull lever and empty the canister but has to reach in to get the canister completely emptied. If you can swing it, buy a Dyson. It's worth every penny!

Great product great price and easy to use and instructions were very informative

the cordless stick vacuum works very good so far. We are pleased with it's performance on all surfaces (tile, hardwood floors and carpets). The charge seems accurate at 70 minutes long and we will probably order a second battery at some point in the future. So far so good.

This is the first time we tried a cordless vacuum. We really like it. It has great suction, does a super job on carpets and floors, and has very good overall performance. The battery life is fine since we only need to vacuum for less time than the battery lasts. In short, the battery didn't run out in the time it took us to vacuum where we needed it when we used it. We definitely recommend.

Works great. Easy to use. Easy to empty. On par with the Dyson 11 that I had. Very happy with purchase.

This vacuum has been working really great for me! I love the auto detect feature! I have two very fluffy cats and it picks up the hair really well and it’s so easy to clean the brush roll! The canister is so easy to clean too and the light makes it easier to see the floor in darker areas! I love my new vacuum!

This vacuum has more power than I expected. We replaced a Dyson we’d been using for about 15 years, so the bar was pretty high. Our home is mostly hardwood with a few area rugs, and with two dogs and a cat, there’s always fur and dander to deal with. So far, this one’s handling it really well. You do end up emptying the canister fairly often. Battery life is solid, but you’ll still need to recharge between uses. The standout feature for us is the pivot in the stem. It makes getting under furniture much easier.

Excellent option for quick clean ups, good suction, and overall performance, definitely a good buy.
