Great vacuum - it's clear that Shark values continuous improvement of their products to set them apart. The greatest feature of this vacuum is that long hairs do NOT get caught in the roller. I must have picked up a few thousand hairs from my wife and daughter and haven't had to pull a single one out of the roller! Pros: Hair-free roller, UV light, flexible neck, detachable battery, solid battery life, solid suction with roller, auto detection of carpet vs. floor. Cons: suction while in hand vacuum mode is just okay.

This vacuum has several features I genuinely appreciate. The color is great, and it’s surprisingly lightweight. One of the standout features is the bent arm that lets you easily reach under beds, sofas, and other low furniture—extremely useful. I also liked the blue light on the front, which helps you spot pet hair and debris you might otherwise miss. Another nice touch is that it automatically adjusts when you move from hard floors to carpet. Emptying and cleaning the vacuum is also very easy. However, the downsides ended up outweighing the positives for me. The biggest issue is the suction power—it’s just not strong enough, even when using the trigger for higher intensity. For the price, I expected better performance. I also didn’t like that the vacuum can’t stand up on its own; whenever you need to pause, you have to lay it down awkwardly, which isn’t convenient. The battery life and suction together don’t meet the needs of a home with heavy use and multiple pets. At this point, I think I’m better off going back to a corded vacuum. While cords can be annoying, they’re still more reliable than dealing with dying batteries and carpets that don’t get fully cleaned. For the cost of this vacuum, I either want strong all-around performance or I’d rather pay much less—or invest more in something that truly works. Overall, it’s a pretty vacuum with some great features, but not powerful enough for my household needs.

This is a great product and value for its price. Easy to use and very simple to store. The reveal feature works very well on hard floor surfaces.

Great vacuum. Easily gets under furniture, long charge life, hair doesn’t get tangled, and easy to empty.

I truly love this vacuum. Not only does it work very well, on my wood floors, It also works well on the carpet. this is a great vacuum for carpeted stairs as well. It is versatile, lightweight and very easy to use. The battery life is longer than I had expected.The only thing I wish is the canister would be bigger.But if it was, it'd be a heavier machine. I highly recommend this.

Very powerful and quiet. The only downside is that the battery is not as long-lasting as they claim. But you can by additional ones. Plus, it should be USB-C chargeable. It gets under the beds easily.

I had the cheaper version of this model and it lasted me many years. This one is an upgrade in almost every way. The light on it is nice, auto detecting the floor type, battery life, suction power.. everything is better. Works great for a household with pets. Highly recommend for the price!

This little vacuum is light and powerful. I love the way it folds up and takes up such little space. It has ample battery power to do my 3500sq ft home and then some. I also love how it automatically switches modes depending on the type of flooring and the bonus is it comes apart even further to vacuum upholstery and stairs.

This is an awesome vacuum so far. Charge lasts a long time, power is good, you can bend it every which way to get into hard-to-reach areas. Great so far.

So different from my old vacuum cleaner! Light weight, simple to turn and no cord all make it so much easier to use!! The suction power is the same or better than the larger model I was using!

I was not sure about a "stick" vacuum but I've enjoyed this one! It does take two battery cycles to do the entire home but I use the BOOST mode pretty much the entire time I vacuum because of my shedding fur baby. The Multi-flex mode is awesome to get under furniture....I did not think I would use it much but I do all the time. Also, the light on the bare floor mode is a great feature to allow me to "see" all the fur!!!! Love this vacuum

So light weight, very easy to operate, great suction for carpets/rugs, quick clean out. Minimal storage space. No bulky, heavy dragging!

this vacuum has met my expectations. Had bought the vacuum 5 years ago and this is selection was based on my satisfaction of the previous purchase. I have not been disappointed. Like the light. Used mainly on hard surfaces.

I've had this item for about a month it works great noticeably picking up the dog hairs. I like how the vacuum is intuitive and will auto adjust the setting if you go from floor to carpet. No need for the user to manually flip the switch. While I could have purchased this anywhere else I chose Best buy because Best buy has a fantastic warranty program.

Great vacuum easy to use and lightweight but still great suction

I love that I don’t have to turn the vaccum over and clip the hairs or anything tangled underneath. The battery lasts a good while it adjusts automatically depending on the floor type (carpet or porcelain tile) I’d recommend this vaccum. If you don’t want to break the bank and get a mid priced vaccum this one is the one you want.

My first cordless stick vacuum. Ask a senior person with shoulder problems who hated doing stairs this vacuum is perfect for that. The blue light when vacuuming hard wood floors can really shows how dusty a floor can get. Very good suction, great with dusk and pet hair. Well worth the sale price of $249.99.
