Very light weight and easy to handle. Like being able to switch between carpet and hard surfaces at the touch of the button. Only drawback is the size of the collection cup. Wish it was a little larger to hold more and eliminate the need to empty so often.

Does a great job, and made me forget about repairing my broke Dyson. Like the hand held feature, and it sucks up dirt better than my old Dyson. It was a better deal too!

Great vacuum. Easy to use Lightweight. Canister is small. I would recommend to a friend. I have dogs and have gone through a lot of vacuum cleaners.

This vacuum worked much better than my old Kirby but doesn't look to be as sturdy, time will tell! Vacuumed cat hair from two chairs and was amazed at how much was removed. Seems to have much better suction than the Kirby. Price was very good compared to Dyson.

I already had a Shark Rocket but got tired of having to go up and down stairs -since the Rocket is so light, I use that one upstairs but have more area to vac downstairs, so I wanted a vac with a bigger dirt compartment for downstairs and this one is perfect.

This does the job and then more. Suction is powerful. Like the way you can dump the canister frequently if need be. Pet hair is not a problem. When finished love the way it cleans up. No bags. Can wash filters and canister easily. Ready for the next time.

I bought this same vacuum for my daughter as a gift and she loved it, so I purchased one for myself, self propelled easy on the back, has great suction, easy to operate the swivel head, only desire would be a withdrawal feature for the 25 foot cord.

I like that it is not necessary to adjust for carpet height. It gets under furniture better then any other vacuum I have used. The cord is long enough to reach throughout the whole house..

This vacuum works very well, picks up kitty litter with the hose attachment. Very lightweight and the self propelled function helps for when my kids are vacuuming their rooms.

This is the first upright I have owned. It is light weight and very easy to use. Gets into tight areas and has great suction.

I have purchased at least 5 different models of vacuum cleaners, some claiming to be great for pets, but none compare to the cleaning power of Shark. It cleans great - and emptying the dust bin is easier that the other vacuums I have owned. It is also lightweight and easy to use. The "swivel steering" takes a bit to get used to - but after you get the hang of it - it is a great vacuum.

This is an amazing vacuum. Quiet, light-weight and very powerful. The metal filter instead of paper is a great addition.

Words cannot express the joy and exquisite satisfaction I have felt since purchasing this item. But I will not keep this to myself! Right after a dishwasher but before a washer and dryer, a vacuum cleaner is the second most important appliance required for a spotless home. This shark vacuum delivers that! It not only worked well on the carpeting but my sofa, wood floors and plush area rug. The attachments are a breeze to use and the detachable canister is incredibly light. With the canister being bagless I am saving serious money. My favourite part is the headlights because I need all the vision help that I can get! Thank you BB for selling this item at your store.

I read the reviews on this vacuum prior to purchasing. I am absolutely glad I purchased this. The suction power is phenomenal. I love that it has a sealed protection so no dust escapes. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Easy to clean. Pivots well for hard to reach places. Hose attachment is easy to use. Good value for the price. Needs Improvement: Need a better place to store/attach the small brush attachment. Noticing a slight smell when vacuuming - system may need a better seal - but overall not bad.
