My favorite vacuum I’ve ever had! So easy to clean and amazing on hard wood and carpet.

I needed a new vacuum and this was a great price. It really cleans the carpet well and is so versatile to clean the stairs as well.

Quality of suction and weight of machine is awesome! Suction is continuous when you corpse surfaces. Price was a bit higher than expected for this machine though. But my old Shark broke and I was in a bind with a mini aussie. The machine practically propels its self on the carpet and is very good at picking up everything including pet hair and not blowing it around the room or in the air.

So much better than my last vacuum !!! all around better , easy to use and attachments. easy to ues.

I was looking for two things: headlights and attachments that worked well. With 6 cats…..well you can only Imagine. I am totally pleased with it, have had it about 1 week now. It has amazing suction, has lights, is not so heavy for a 70 year old small woman and as a bonus it isn’t excruciatingly loud as most vacuums. It is a pleasure to use, easy to open the canister and just easy all around.

For me it's 5 stars... I come from a background of buying 30 to 60 dollar vacuums and replacing them as needed. This is my first "expense" vacuum I have ever purchased (yes, there are more expensive vacuums out there and yes a saved almost $100 by using best buy rewards, but still expense for me). We have a rather small home with an attic space you can't stand upright in and a small orange and white cat that is adorable and is brushed regularly but still sheds a little bit. These are our issues that our old vacuum couldn't resolve. It was quite heavy and tall so the attic was a pain to clean with it. It would have mess or leave behind fine dirt or cat hair. I am pleased to report this vacuums solves these issues in spades. The unit is very light and breaks down into a smaller unit for easier handling. Picks up fine dust and debris very well (so well in fact that it picked up dirt we didn't even know was there). Is I have to report a negative these are the only 2 I can think of. 1. The vacuum does pull itself when vacuuming a bit, so you'll have to pull a little harder to bring it back to your side. Wasn't an issue for our household old but if you were on the older side I could see it maybe being an issue. 2. It has filters that need washed once a month. This again not issue for us, but it does take some getting use to. All in all a great vacuum if you don't mind the price tag would recommend.

I have nothing negative to say about this product other than I should have bought one sooner. This vacuum has multiple levels of suction to easily switch from hardwood to carpet, and the liftaway feature is a must for reaching those cobwebs on the ceiling. My old vacuum blew out because of hair trapped in the roller. This vacuum somehow auto-cleans the roller so there is no hair at all ever!

It really picks up the dirt and the light helps you see what areas need special attention. It is heavy as previous reviewers have noted but for regular vacuming the tread off is well worth it. The attachments are easy to use and again pick up an amazing amount of dirt and drebris. I bought this to replacae the Shark stick that I had bought and this is a MUCH better product!

The best vacuum I ever purchased! It actually picks up items from wood floors on the first pass. Really like the two separate speed settings for hard floors and carpet. Brushroll pulls vacuum forward on the carpet with little effort. Very easy to pull back as well. Hand vacuum tool function is very well thought out and functional.

A perfect replacement for the old trusty "pink/purple" shark we had for years. The improvements over the original are amazing; more suction, quieter, new features like the dual brush and the zero hair cling make this a generational leap over the original. I dont remember the cost of the original but this is worth the quality. The first lasted almost 10 years and only replaced after the canister broke and replacements cost almost $75 on amazon and ali-express. The pet features like the hair comb and the fins (main and mini on the handheld) really work. There is more 'intelligence;' like motor overheating sensor, roller free/stuck spin which can make vacumming high pile carpets annoying if you dont set the suction to low and the motor to bare floor. I had some luck if I keep moving the vacuum while on the high pile. My wife had some difficulty at first but after being more brisk was able to use it on carpet and high suction (against the manual instructions). If you have been looking to upgrade your old shark vacuum this is the one if you have one of the original sharks! A few considerations. This is heavier than the original Previously mentioned newer "intelligence" makes it hard to simply brute force cleaning high pile without...well brute force The canister is a bit strangely built where your release it from the unit and empty it (not that big of a thing)

I have had it for less than a week and I love it! It's such an upgrade from the Bissell I had before. The suction is fantastic, it's SO easy to maneuver and, more importantly, to empty. It cleans much better than my Bissell. My main concern is dog hair and it works amazingly well despite not being a pet specific vacuum, I highly recommend this model.
