This is a great hard working vac. It's light weight, very maneuverable, has lots of pickup power, and is easy to clean.

While at the Best Buy store, my wife and I purchased some Pringles to test the cleaning ability of several Shark brand bagless vacuum cleaners. We crumbled some chips and vacuumed away. This model proved to be the only one to be able to pick up all the crumbled chips pieces in one pass. It is slightly heavier than some of their cheaper models but not enough to matter. This model feels more substantial because it is more substantial. Also, the lights at the brush head and at the handheld wand have proven to be quite useful. At home we compared it to our Kirby (significantly heaver and much more expensive) and it performed as well. The Shark's Lift-Away feature sets it apart from all vacuums that don't have this capability.

Sucked up pet hair like a champ. The rotor thing gets clogged (we have a long haired dog) but its super easy to clean

Great for dog hair. Good on stairs and under beds and furniture. Self propelled so easy to use. Dirt container is easy to empty but could be a little larger. I highly recommend!

I was reluctant to get a new vacuum as I thought my old vacuum was working just fine. Needless to say my new vacuum has sucked up more stuff than I thought our carpets could hold. Vacuumed one day and 3 days later it was still sacking up more dirt and dust than I could imagine...and this was only in 2 rooms.

I purchased this vacuum because I could get under the bed with it and that works great. Also used the attachment to vacuum the mattress and it does a good job on the carpet and hard wood floors.

Did some research prior to this purchase. We love it. Wife agrees that this is the best overall vacuum we have evr owned. So versatile. Can do anything and everything. Sucking power is amazing.

Shark has yet to dissapoint me! Ive had this model for 2 years now and it still works flawlessly. I purchased this vacuum online without viewing it in person. After doing my research on specs and prices from different retailers, bestbuy had the best price and fastest shipping times.

I love this new shark vacuum. This vacuum gets up anything I mean anything there's dirt underneath a brand-new carpet that was probably there from when they laid the carpet down on the bare floor and it is pulling up to the brand-new carpet as well as pulling up the hair fibers from the carpet because it's so new the suction power of this vacuum is incredible I love it it makes me feel like my house is clean every time I use it and never loses suction is one of the best vacuums that I've ever had in my life I love shark products. I also love the fact that all of the features on the vacuum work excellently well especially The fact that some of the tools are actually powered by electricity which means that they spin on their own on a motor instead of being spun by use of suction which actually takes away from the suction power of some of that one's features

I have three dogs that shed, and a mixture of linoleum and carpet through the house. This vacuum exceeded my expectations. Suction is great, even at the edges. Weight is acceptable, versatility is off the charts. Cons : The swivel base takes some getting used to and I miss a retractable power cord.

This was a recent purchase so we haven't used it more than a handful of times. On our first use, we couldn't believe how much MORE dust it picked up from our medium pile carpet than our previous hi-end competitor vacuum. It maneuvers easily and we like the dust cup vs. no bags to purchase. We haven't used the lift-away feature as yet. This vacuum had extremely high ratings and we understand why!!

This vacuum is amazing and as promised no dust emitted out. My carpet looks much more cleaner now. I would Recommend this product for sure.

This vacuum is easy to use, take apart and reassemble for the various configurations you can use the vac in. I have never had a vacuum that is so powerful.

I have 2 Siberian huskies who shed constantly. I was looking for a vacuum that would take care of the hair they are constantly leaving behind that would work on hardwood and carpet. This vacuum totally exceeded my expectations. It has amazing suction on all surfaces and I'm always shocked by how much it picks up. I would definitely recommend this vacuum.

I like this vacuum. It does a great job on carpet and I love the relatively light weight and the way it handles. It gets around obstacles nicely. It also gets under furniture better than most vacuums. The only downside for me is that it does not pick up small stuff like bird seed off of hard floors very well at all on the bare floor setting. Even my cheap Dirt Devil does that better. I find it works better on hard floors using the "turbo" or short carpet setting. I'd recommend it if your primary concern is carpeted floors.

I was in the market for a dyson but after extensive reviews I chose the Shark. I am quite happy with my purchase. The suction and versatility of this vacuum by far exceeded my expectations

I am absolutely in love with this vacuum!!!!! I never thought I would "love" a vacuum, but I do! It's so mich lighter than all the other vacuums we've owned. The swivel does take a little time to get used to, but after the first few uses I didn't even notice it. We had our last vacuum (another name brand) for over 10 years when the suction died on it. I did a TON of research on and kept coming back to this vacuum. I am SO glad that we chose this one! 2 adults, 2 kids and a boxer live in our house and this keeps it all clean!!!
