Does its job well. It's light but sturdy. It like how it has an odor neutralizer especially because we have shedding dogs.

I purchased this vacuum a month ago to replace my 18 year-old Dyson. So far it's doing exactly what I wanted in a vacuum! The suction is outstanding! I can see particles from about 5-7 inches away being sucked up. Really like that the vacumm fitsclose to baseboards so i dont have to use the hose and attachemtn tools. I appreciate the lower profile to go under chairs and even my kitchen cabinets! That's a bonus! The vaccum is fairly light weight, easily manageable! The canister removes easily for clean up and easily reattaches. The things I dislike are fairly minor. The cord is too short! Twenty-five feet? C'mon! I pop on an extension cord to fix that issue. Then, while I realize some people love it, the Febreeze attachment does not work for me! Many of us have allergies and can't stand chemical smells. I solved this issue by leaving the stinky pod out of the vacuum! Let me end on a positive note. I LOVE, LOVE,LOVE the roller brush that my long hair, and the dog's long hair is automatically whisked away! Simply brilliant!

I'd say it's definitely a nice vacuum, but just not what I was expecting. Quality- 3/5 Overall Quality is good, but not great, the usage and feeling for most of the controls is fairly common sense, and simple to use. It feels like it's is built out of decent materials, but doesn't justify the price. Performance- 4/5 This is where you'd want the vacuum to do well and it does for the most part. The floor spinner is good for most rugs, as mentioned small area rugs and whatnot are fair game for being chewed up... It's powerful... but with power, comes noise.,... Noise- 2/5 This is where I felt like the vacuum lost the most points. It's simply too noisy for the price justification. I went up to the next motors etc. hoping the noise would be quieter than some other Shark Vacuums. Drivability- So the vacuum head itself is a great size, when using it as a floor model, it's great. If you disconnect and use the hose, however, be prepared for imbalance, the vacuum falling and smacking you while you're not expecting it. It does push easily and glide over floors, however, it is a little heavier than some. For me, not a problem, but for someone my mother's age 70+ and not super strong, but it's acceptable. Overall Rating: Buy if it's on sale or you have a good coupon deal going. It's definitely not the worst, but also you know what you're getting. Shark is good quality and fairly good build, it all depends on the unit. But this lands fairly smack dab in the mid-range vacuum arena.

This vacuum is pretty good. The suction power is very powerful. Which is really great, except even when adjusting the suction control (yes suction control - sweet!) the brush roll indicator light turns red and it stops suctioning. Not sure if this is due to the powerful suction, or the power fin blades. I love how large the dust cup is, so I can vacuum the whole house without having to empty it multiple times. The handle is comfortable and great for using the wand as well. With that said, the hose could have more length and/or flexibility. I’m still breaking it in but I can’t get very far from the vacuum when using it or the vacuum will fall over, which means you have to carry the whole vacuum with you as you’re using the wand. Speaking of length, the power cord is lacking in length. We previously had the Shark Rocket True Pet and I find myself missing being able to vacuum nearly the whole house (1 story) without having to unplug and replug in the vacuum. Overall I’m satisfied with its performance. For the size of the vacuum it is not very heavy and easy to use. I also like the odor neutralizer.

My last Shark vacuum lasted 14 years, and I’m hoping this one does the same. It’s the best vacuum I’ve ever had, hands down. Picks up dirt, leaves, and pet hair off carpet and hardwood like it’s nothing. Tubes stay clean and it comes apart easily for disinfecting. And the odor pod makes a HUGE difference. Decent price for a great vacuum.

Love the Shark products; this one is working well; Purchased after my older shark just was not getting the job done; decided to retire the old one after many years of service; had so long not quite sure how old it was; after reviewing the current models, chose this one and happy with my selection; just cannot go wrong with a Shark vacuum

Great vacuum! I usually stay away from higher price vacuums because I have a lot of dog hair and have to replace often, but this one works great! Really picks up my German shepherd's mess

This is a very good sweeper with great suction. I just wish it included tools that are longer in size (mainly the crevice tool) or an extender). I’m short and need that to reach certain areas. The extender tool from old sweeper doesn’t fit.

Love this thing. Tossed our Dyson aide for this vacuum (it was time) and it did not disappoint. Picks up ALLLL the cat hair and dander. Keeps our carpets feeling fluffy and clean. It’s surprising (and disgusting) how much our old Dyson was missing. A good reminder to make sure you’re replacing your vacuum when it’s time. Only complaint - wish it was a bit heavier so it wouldn’t topple over when I use the hand suction.

I like this model since it doesn't have the lift away. My previous Shark had the lift away which I didn't really need that feature and I don't care that it doesn't have lights. Who vacuums in the dark without the lights on? My other Shark had lights and I never appreciated that feature or even noticed the lights on? So for me it's not a feature that I need. Love the self cleaning roller. I consider this Shark as their practical model for me it's about reliability and good suction and so far my old Shark is still running after 10 yrs. Hopefully I will get the same performance out of this one?

Can’t say enough good things about this vacuum. It’s much lighter than the Dyson we have, much quieter, and seems to remove a lot more pet hair from the carpet thanks to its agitator design. Oh yeah, and it was far less expensive than the Dyson we’ve had for a few years.

PowerFin hair pro does pretty well compare to any pet hair focuses dysons we had, but it still tangles up from time to time, we have decent amount of carpet coverage with two american eskimos and an alaskan malamute, so its understandable. Overall decent bang for the buck if you have serious amount of long dog hairs like we do,
