I like this model since it doesn't have the lift away. My previous Shark had the lift away which I didn't really need that feature and I don't care that it doesn't have lights. Who vacuums in the dark without the lights on? My other Shark had lights and I never appreciated that feature or even noticed the lights on? So for me it's not a feature that I need. Love the self cleaning roller. I consider this Shark as their practical model for me it's about reliability and good suction and so far my old Shark is still running after 10 yrs. Hopefully I will get the same performance out of this one?

With 1 dog and two cats this picks up all the cat hair and does it with very little effort. Easy to clean and with a few drops of oils it spreads the smell as well as clean.

Can’t say enough good things about this vacuum. It’s much lighter than the Dyson we have, much quieter, and seems to remove a lot more pet hair from the carpet thanks to its agitator design. Oh yeah, and it was far less expensive than the Dyson we’ve had for a few years.

So far it is working great, and I can tell the suction power is great. I had been using a Dyson before this and I am content with this and the price

This vacuum is great. I have two shedding dogs and it picks up their fur easily. Easy to operate, lightweight.

Dog fur doesn’t stand a chance with this Shark. Completely sucks up everything in its path. Ease of movement on carpets as well as ease of Emptying the dirt catcher. This is my second Shark because it is a very efficient cleaning tool.

Sounds made up, but when I was younger, I became a 4th generation Electrolux vacuum salesman. It was a family business until the business model collapsed… Weird backstory, but I bring it up to say I know a bit about quality vacuums. I bought this one on a whim and after my 30 year old vacuum finally couldn’t be repaired anymore. I am really impressed with this. Every vacuum is good for the first few months, which is when cheap ones start (not) sucking. I’m on 9 months and still going good. I haven’t noticed any loss of suction. It’s easy to clean. Seems to be durable. Turning it seems a little funky but it doesn’t change the fact I would recommend.

I like the vacuum cleaner. It has very good suction. I have a cat and three dogs so I have a lot of hair to clean up on wooden floors and area rugs. It's a great product I would definitely recommend.

This vacuum cleaner goes above and beyond the title. Most vacuum cleaners that do what this one does cost a lot more. This one was in my budget as a senior. It was so great that i bought a second one this year for my grand daughter, who is a disabled veteran, so the light weightedness has been so helpful for the both of us. Id say even lofe changing because she says she can clean the dog hair from her floors and sofa witt ease and not need to tale pai. Meds after cleaning. The reach is great too because those hard to reach places can get so cluttered wity dust that would cause her daughter to have allergies. Sonce she has had this vacuum the allergy symptoms have decreased. The deodorizer feature is amazing. We both use it on carpet and the tile floors. She said she doesnt have to sweep anymore-she just vacuums! Round of applause to the designer

Excellent vaccum. I like the odor control fuction and the suction power it provides. We have a Corgi and he sheds alot in the summer. This vacuum worked great for getting all the pet hair up! Easy to push even on carpet.

These are some of the best vacuums I have ever used. I own a cleaning company and I will not own anything but a shark. The neutralizer for this makes everything smell so fresh and the suction power is wonderful. Quiet also!

Our Shark vacuum cleaner is our second one. This one is quieter and there is a hook to hold the cord while vacuuming. The cord could have been a bit longer. The vacuum is lighter and maneuverable. Overall we are pleased with the vacuum.

Easy to use and pretty quiet. The accessories comes in handy in tight places.

Love this new vacuum!! It gets all my flooring and it doesn't get the gross hair around the brush. Its light weight and moves easily. The hose has powerful suction.

Awesome Vacuum!! It’s very light, easy to push and maneuve also not loud at all! I have a cat and does a Excellent job picking up hair. I honestly now get a job of vacuuming.
