I bough this vacuum because i was replacing my old shark. The upgrade are way much better its quieter and picks up animals hair better. I have a small beagle jack Russell and she sheds all over the place. This vacuum helps me keep my floors and carpets cleans from dog hair and dust bunnies.

This vacuum picked up an enormous amount of dust and fiber from my rug on the first try. It did get clogged once in the first chamber before the trap you empty. It was easy to clear that out. It doesn't like cords on the floor. And I did have to remove wound up threads around the rollers once.

It works good, not the best i've had better. But it is a decent vacuum cleaner.

I’m so picky when it come to our house cleaning I did my research and I find out this is the best one in the market for a house with different type of flooring and also better than the cordless one because it’s give you a longer time of cleaning and I love the feature like a bagels

A Great Shark machine. Out of the box and right to work. Fabulous machine..compact, easy to use, and storing takes up very little space. This is a perfect machine for apartment dwellers (or condo)...it is exactly the right size. And boy o'boy does it vacuum clean.

From opening the box to being able to use took only 10 minutes. I put it together and vacuumed my high pile carpet in my living room. The cord is very long. Not sure exactly how long but it easily did my 17' living room with cord to spare. It surprised me how much dirt came out of the carpet. The motor is small and light weight and runs fairly quiet. The beater bar for carpet practically pushed itself around the floor. Next I tried the attachment to go under furniture and appliances. It's not quite thin enough to go under my refrigerator or stove, but will get farther in there than my normal vacuum. It worked nicely to go under my furniture. Overall, this is a great vacuum for the quick use, but will not replace a big upright. However, it is not meant to be your only vacuum. I love it and will definitely use it for furniture, the car and to clean the stairs and for a quick pass for company.

Timely shipping. Unboxed and assembled in under 3 minutes. Exceptionally quiet operation. Comes with all of the handy attachments you could need. Works as well as any bigger vacuum. Bends to all angles to get underneath furniture. Designed and powerful enough to quickly pick up heavy objects marble size and smaller. The clean feature is outstanding: after vacuuming the entire house we vacuumed a large thick rug, totally cleaning each run with just one pass, and then ran the clean feature on half of that rug and the difference was amazing, the half of the rug we ran the clean feature on looked new in comparison to the other half (this is really two products in one). Extra long cord. Lighted. Well made quality product definitely worth the money. Well balanced and it has comfortable rubberized grips for secure handling. Quick and easily detached debris canister so you don't have to carry the whole thing to the garbage pale. Well sealed against allergens and pet dander (no smell). Gave it only four out of five stars because: for the M.S.R. price of a upright vacuum / stick vacuum it should of been battery operated instead of corded; debris canister is somewhat too small; and it is a little bit heavy for what a upright vacuum should be.

My main use is for tile floors, carpet vacuuming does well also. The flex feature for reaching under couches, beds, furniture, etc. is great. I chose this model because of the washable HEPA filter.

My intention was to buy replacement my Dyson. After talking with the sales associate he convinced me that the Shark a much better person and he was right. Superb vacuum at an awesome price!
