This is so great, especially for elderly people or folks with back problems...no more wringing out a mop. I have one and love it so much, I bought one for my mother who has trouble with her knees.

It gets my floor super clean and it’s very easy to use

This is a nice wet mop.It picks up a lot of dirt.The only thing I noticed was that it wouldn't steam until you pushed it around first.

Shark is a great brand of appliances and I am very happy with my purchase although it is not a perfect product. The steam mop works well once you get used to it but it takes a while for the steam to get going and once it is going you have to keep pumping it to come out. Overall it does a great job!

It’s ok. Would not buy without discount. Been using steam mops for years. This one you have to go over spot at least five times to get a stain up. Others I’ve used just take one time. Two mop attachments is nice to rotate in the wash. Not for heavy clean

This works so well, I was amazed after using 3 other types of floor cleaners that failed by dumping water all over the floor and not cleaning nor steaming. I have to say I was quite skeptical about purchasing this Shark Steam Pocket Mop. I was quite suprised at how easy and convenient this product worked. I have ceramic tile floors throughout my home and was amazed at how well this product cleaned, the units mop head flips over so you can actually continue to clean without having to change out the mop pad and wow I couldn't believe how well this cleaned my floors with out dumping water all over the floor nor did this streak my tile. Just pure steam cleaning, the unit comes with several cleaning clothes and 2 types of floor attachments and swivels in tight areas making for easy cleaning.

I don't know how I ever thought my floors were clean before I used the Shark steam mop, and I was mortified at just how dirty the pads got during the first use. I wasn't sure what to expect with it, but it was a cinch to use, and I used only about 1.5 cups of water on all floors in my apartment, which are all hard wood and/or tile. I was skeptical that it would lift all of the soiled spots, but it surprised me and left the floors entirely spotless. The best part was that there was no sticky residue that I always got from mopping with Mr Clean or Pine Sol and the like. Also, there was no need to wait for the floors to drive, either, becuase the moisture was minimal and dried in seconds. This is truly an amazing cleaning tool, and I highly recommend it.

I've always heard that Shark is a great product, so I purchased this one to clean my hard wood floors and tile. It worked perfectly. Steam marks are apparent, but disappear to reveal a clean floor within minutes. Definitely better than a traditional mop and Swiffer. I filled the water storage compartment once and was able to clean 2 bathrooms, a hallway, and my dining room. The attachments are handy, especially the triangle shaped head which allows you to easily get around the toilet and in narrow spaces. Cleaning the fabric covers is super easy, I simply toss it in with my laundry. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a easy to use, great performing steam mop. After using mine, I bought one for my mother.

Bought the cleaner in Minneapolis Best Buy, brought it home and love it so far. Was impressed by the easy heating of the water, easy to use and understand. No, it is not professional quality--nor is it the cost of one. For my home with laminate floors it is great. No streaking and for the first time--floors squeak when you walk on them after cleaning. Was using Swiffer Wet Jet--will toss now!

First, I'd like to state that in order to get the mop steaming and moving easily for you, you really do need to adjust the handle height. Just play around with it till its the right position for you. I thought I wouldn't have to being only 5'3" but I still needed to extend it a bit to get the right leverage. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this new gadget! We moved into a rental that has sealed concrete floors throughout the house, and I mean the ENTIRE house!! Mopping was always such a chore cause I have to sweep, mop and use floor protectors like Pledge Floor Shine or Mop'N'Glo, and the whole ordeal would take me ALL day. No kidding. I'd have to wait for the floors to dry before I could apply the protector and with two small kids, it was nearly impossible to not have smudges or footprints left in the protectant. Not to mention my little ones would spend all day slipping on the hard wet floors. I bought this, skeptical, and a lil' worried that it would ruin the floor protector. I was beyond suprised!! It really, really really works! I don't have to haul around the mop, bucket, floor brush and now there's no long waiting for the floor to dry. Best of all, my house doesn't smell like a chemical factory. I find it easier to section out the floors too since I don't have to always worry about where I set the bucket! YAY!!
