    All of the 5 star reviews are correct. This is one powerful vacuum! Puts my old Riccar (which costs even more) to shame.

    Overall just ok. This dyson vacuum roller brush will hardly spin on higher suction settings when vacuuming carpet. I would not purchase another shark product. Way overrated. Dyson ball Animal is a far superior vacuum.

    typical Shark quality. this particular model changes from an upright to a canister vacuum to reach under beds etc... Everything about this vacuum is spot on. Shark vacuums are second to Dysons.

    The first one I ordered was missing a small part and rather ship that small part, Best Buy made the return extremely easy, but the “new one” I just received does not appear to be 100% new. The power cord was bound by a rubber band, the wall plus did not have a plastic cover (like new ones typically do) and the one of the metal prongs that plugs into the electrical outlet was slightly bent. It is supposed to come with an odor cartridge and this one came with a torn open cartridge packaging with out the odor cartridge missing. Obviously someone prior to me opened the packaging and used that cartridge and whoever repackaged this didn’t notice and left in the empty torn open packaging. The Vaccuum appears to work well, but I am disappointed with this purchase.
