Great machine! We had a Duo for the last 5 years and the only issue with it was the cord began to crack. This new shark pulls even more out of our rugs than the previous version.

This shark has some bite to it. It cleans well, and it's easy to maneuver. I dont notice anything different with the odor cartridge, but it's a nice little ginmick.

While the suction on the vacuum is awesome The hose is a nightmare. The hose does not extend very far or easily. Because the hose is not not very flexible, every time you use it, it causes the vacuum to fall over constantly. I wish I had returned it. It makes vacuuming more of a chore than it has to be. Shark you need to rethink the hose of this!!!

This is my second Shark vacuum and it's great! The ease of assembly was awesome. I'm finding that I can actually use the attachments from my original vacuum with this one, which is great!

Works just as described. Couldn't be happier with all the different functionality, and the fact that you have such a compact item that has all that functionality, is amazing. I would recommend 10/10 times!

The best vacuum I’ve ever owned. I let my shark robot do daily cleaning, but this upright shows why a robot vacuum is not the be all end all. This shows what the robot misses… and it’s a lot.

We have had really good luck with the Shark brand. This is no different. It always gets deep and gets all the dirt cleaned up. I would highly reccomend this Shark vacuum.

Purchased this vacuum because I have 3 dogs that shed.....a lot. This has worked to pick up all the dog hair. I am very satisfied with how it is working so far.

After having 2 that were broken from being shipped & after unboxing they all had same problem. The parts are cheaply made from plastic that didnt make it alive thru shipping. It all around isnt worth all the extra cost for problematic parts or poor designs that don’t work from the box. Keep what works without over complicating things & use quality parts. Thank god Best Buy’s honors the return window.

We replaced our Dyson with this shark and really love it so far! We have a Golden Retriever and deal with constant hair. The vacuum has done a great job! Love the detachable tank too for stairs and getting under furniture.

Best sweeper I ever had. With 2 large dogs it picks up hair with out getting tangled in the beater brush. You can also transition from carpet to hardwood with out shutting beater brush off. Doesn’t hurt hardwood floors.
