Best vacuum I've even had. Works very well and is easy to use

Great Vacuum and Tackles anything.. Also use as a Suction for packing / storing close and clean my car in the garage.

The Bissell rewind was terrible on stairs. The stairs stressed me out having 2 short-legged chubby dogs. My bissell canister had little debris after vacuuming the bedroom. Vacuumed yesterday with our 7yr Dyson, went back over it today with the new Shark vacuum and pulled up so much dog fur from our carpet. The pictures uploaded was from one go around, insanely powerful with no dust kick back. Fragrance isnt over bearing which i was worried about coming from a houseful of frequent migraines just from smells.

This vacuum is excellent. Very powerful. Hair does not get caught on the roller. The odor neutralizer is a plus!

This vacuum is amazing! I just bought it today and wanted to test it against my old backup vacuum (my other shark was ruined by electrcians). I vacuumed with my old one and then did the same room with the Shark Stratus and the amount of stuff it pulled from the carpet is absolutely shocking! This is the best purchase I have made in a long time.

Great vacuum . I have two dogs which makes it extremely hard at times to keep it under control but with this model, things are much easier to keep under control

Great for clean my husky’s hair, and has great suction!!! Only thing I’m not a fan of is the hose is really tight when using the wand.

This vacuum model is the 3rd highest rated vacuum by Consumer Reports with the highest rated reliability score. I purchased this model & 5-year warranty from Best Buy in October 2024. The brush stopped working with less than 30 hours of use. Best Buy does no repair vacuums, and replaced it without cost. I took the this exact model in exchange, but had to buy the 5-year plan. The motor stopped on this second vacuum in less than 12 days and 5 hours of use. Luckily it failed within Best Buy's 15-day return policy. Best Buy returned the amount of the original purchase along with the price of the second warranty plan. Best Buy gets 5-Stars, but Shark gets 1-Star for reliability/quality and gets 4-Stars for performance and 5-Stars for features.

Tons of suction and love the lift away option. Makes it easier to clean the baseboards and stairs. Love how hair doesn’t get wound up on the roller brush.

This vacuum works flawlessly and is very maneuverable. Cleans very well, too.

This is a good vacuum. It seems to be well built. It has a solid feel to it and cleans well. We did not use the smelly thing that comes with it, so to have the option to remove it is nice.

Love this vacuum have had Dyson ball like this better. Easy to to use on wood floors, carpet stairs light weight.

After researching vacuums the Shark Stratos seemed the best , and guess what it was and is !!! It actually lifts the nap to where the carpet looks brand new. Can you love a vacuum, I love the Shark Stratos !
