I have 2 cats that like to kick their litter everywhere this vacuum picks it all up even in the tightest spaces and the odor neutralizer is a godsend. I can quickly switch from high rug low rug and hardfloor when quicky cleaning, and the little tool it comes with is fantastic not only for rugs but pillows, cat trees, stairs, and shirts with hair. This vacuum sucks like a EF5 tornado and its wonderful.

This vacuum is heavy. But it does pick up every thing. It’s easy to empty the canister.

My home has no carpet, so why have a vacuum. Well i have always vacuumed my barr floors. One of my complaints used to be when i wiuld feel the vacuum throwing crumbs back and i wiuld feel them hit my feet. Let me tell you that this does not happen any linger and my floors feel clean before i even finish mopping. I am so impressed….. love this vacuum.

Bar in the front is amazing for catching all the dog hair I use it on hard floors and carpet all day great suction. Easy to fit under bed when separated. When using hose separate the base will come flying at you if you get to far away

Excellent in power and mobility. But a little heavy.

We had a 5 year old Shark which was fine. But, in reviewing the current models for a relative, we found this one, which sounded like it would work way better; key factors were long hair not catching on rollers, EDGE of floor cleaning, and pet hair. WOW, it is so much better, and deals with low and high carpets super well too. Very happy.

Great suction power and easy to use. Kind of pricey but a good choice.

This vacuum is amazing! I always bought the Dyson, but the sales associate was so helpful and heard our needs. I will not go back to Dyson

This is the best vacuum I've ever owned, and I've owned a lot of vacuums. Great power, easy accessibility, and a large bin to collect dirt, dust, and debris. Amazing product.

Fantastic. We have a home with many pets and it works wonders on all of our different types of floors. Used this after using our other vacuum and the cannister was almost full with the additional hair it was able to oull from the rugs. This is easily the best vacuum we have ever owned.

I am happy with my Shark Stratos. The dust collector has an amazing amount of fine dirt that is coming out of my carpets every time I vacuum. Evidently my old machine was just getting the surface dirt and nothing from down deep. It is easy to turn, fits under chairs and between chair legs and I like being able to just dump the dirt out of the collector and see what is coming out of the carpet.

Was easy to put together. A little heavy for me. But removable canister helps. Attachment do help and suction is geeat.

This has exceeded every expectation I could have for a vacuum, I’m pretty sure it pulled up dirt from when the house was built in 1950. I was disgusted/impressed the first time I used this in all the best ways the odor neutralizer is a great touch especially with big stinky dogs.

Super powerful vacuum. I had a cordless vacuum and I didn't realize the difference between one of those and this. My old vacuum just moved debris around, this one has powerful suction. I will say it is heavy, but for me it's worth it.

Super strong suction, easy switch on the handle for vacuuming carpet and hardwood floors without having to use an adapter (which was how previous Shark vacuum worked). Easy to dump dirt from cannister. Easy to disengage the cannister from handle so you can reach hard to get to areas. Love it!

Suction is great. It’s not too heavy, pretty mobile for its size.

Amazing, better in my opinion than Dyson and Miele (I have tried both). I do not like to assemble things, but I just watched an unboxing YouTube video and was ready to use this vacuum. It’s amazing how much more it picks up compared to Dyson and Miele (like 10 times as much). It swivels really well and the attachments are perfect for stairs, small spaces etc. it is bagless. You just press a button and empty it in the trash. You can use it like a Dyson and Miele because you can detach the main body to maneuver it up and down stairs. If you like the clickable/Lego like features of Dyson, you will love this vacuum. Shark really studied Miele and Dyson, stepped up their game, and viola they gave you this glorious product, a more lightweight, easier to maneuver hybrid of Dyson and Miele. I hate, hate cleaning (I often delay it because I hated the cumbersome vacuums I had before this one), but I am excited to clean with this vacuum. I always found Miele too heavy and awkward to move around, and Dyson always got disabled when picking up hair. But no such issues with this vacuum so far (crossing my fingers it lasts). It is worth the price. They left no stone unturned.

Great machine, it is powerful and easy to use. A little heavy but I guess it’s normal for this type.
