I was debating getting the corded stick or the full upright version of the Sharks vertex vacuum. Since I already have a very good working rotator lift-off from shark, I decided to go with the stick version for a little more ease of use. Boy was I surprised at the power this thing had! I wanted the corded version because I hate the thought of having to recharge it in the middle of cleaning and this way the power to the vacuum itself stayed constant. The new Duo Power fins definitely did not disappoint. It really does get into your carpet and tackle the deep down stuff. It also comes with a crevice tool, per power tool, and a dusting brush. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the lack of HEPA filter.

This Shark stick vacuum is as advertised. It is powerful, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and easy to empty what it picks up. It also has a long cord for when in use. The attachments are just what I need.

Outstanding vacuum. I was totally blown away by how powerful it is and how versatile it is. I switched from a battery powered Dyson and it was very much worth it. Easy to clean, easy to use, lightweight but not too lightweight. All around good purchase

I am so glad we purchased this! My 10+ year old Dyson died and parts were no longer available. I have aged along with my older appliances and needs something a bit lighter but would be as effective at vacuuming up dog hard. I couldn't be happier!

Very easy to use and light weight. Has strong suction for it’s size. The only con is that the vacuum will not stand upright with the vacuum attached to the stick. The vacuum must be detached and placed on the lower part of the stick for upright storage.

This is the best vacuum I have ever used! It is lightweight, swivels, and has so much suction and power it actually feels like I'm holding it back. It also breaks down for easy storage.

I absolutely love this vacuum. This corded vacuum was a replacement for a cordless stick vacuum. The battery on my previous cordless vacuum was not lasting long enough to allow the unit enough power to clean the hardwood floors in my entire kitchen area. I decided to purchase my new corded Shark vacuum instead of paying $100.00 for a replacement battery for the old cordless vacuum. Not only does the Shark clean my hardwood floors way better than the cordless Dyson, it also does a nice job on rugs and carpet. And, because the Shark is corded, I don’t have to worry about a battery dying before my vacuuming is done.

The best vacuum! The suction power is amazing and it is lightweight and very easy to use. I love the option to switch from hardwood or carpet with the press of a button. It leaves my hardwood floors sparkling.

Very good power for the lightweight design. Works well, easy to assemble and simple to operate. Also, have a cordless type but prefer this corded unit because it will complete the entire downstairs without having to be recharged.

Lightweight very easy to use for cleaning under furniture. the only thing I did not like about it is that you have to lay it down to walk away from it. will not stand on it own

Very light weight and works well on all surfaces. Does have trouble holding some objects. When you turn off things may drop on the floor again.

We had been looking for a lightweight vacuum cleaner to replace our heavy canister vacuum. This fits the bill perfectly. Easy to use and maneuver, and powerful suction. Does a great job.

The vacuum is very sleek and light weight. It pulled dirt out of my carpet that I didn’t even know was there. I love the power of this cleaner and that it doesn’t take up much room when you store it away.

I have 2 dogs who treat shedding as a full time job. The led headlights make getting all of the hair SO MUCH EASIER. I chose this one because I think corded appliances like this perform more reliably. Since the cord is so long, I don’t have to unplug to get several rooms at a time. The suction is outstanding. I almost gave 4 stars for the size of the cup but honestly it’s not even that big of an issue and it’s the trade off for the convenience of the stick vacuum regardless of brand. I’ve had this for about a month and I’m really happy with this purchase.

I had a rechargeable dyson and went it dead too quickly. And takes too long to recharge. This Shark has some great suction and I love not having to clean a brushroll. The cord is quite long so another plus!

Light weight and easy to use. This is for the upstairs of the house with thick carpet and long enough cord to reach almost every room without changing outlets.

I love this Vacuum! Its light weight, gets into small areas easily and very easy to empty the container. The one drawback, it does not stand up on its own.

Definitely worth it. It can easily get under the bed and couch. The light at the bottom of vacuum helps see dirt on the floor easily.

I like this Shark vacuum cleaner, because it is light, it has strong suction, and the sound is not too loud for my ears. Also, it is easy to assemble and easy to use.

Picks up really well easy to clean out. Maintenance is easy peasy. Everyone should have one in there home if they own a pet.
